Has anyone ever had an ex or someone else go out of their way to make your life hell? Doing things like.. ruining your friendships, making threats, sitting outside your house revving their engine, making false complaints to the police, spreading nasty rumours and writing nasty things about you where people can see it?
A girl told me something about my ex which I spoke to him about and he told me it was true so when she finally got the guts to tell the police I had to give a statement. The case was dropped due to lack of evidence but from then on the guy promised he would do everything he could to make my life hell because I supported the victim and not him. He seems to be good at this. The police have not been able to do anything and it often seems like they believe him over me.
Has anyone been in a similar situation?
Maybe your ex just wouldnt let go and wanted their own back because you finished with them?
How did you cope?

Yes, I actually went to the courthouse and got the restraining order. But once I took my short little friend and her 12 year old son to his house to serve him HE WOULD NOT ANSWER THE DOOR!!!! Chicken poo!
So I realized he was not worth the $300 for the order (which yeah unless you can prove you are in danger you have to pay).) I called him and left a voicemail saying just knowing he is the biggest chicken poo was good enough for me LOL!
Keep records of EVERYTHING HE SAYS, you will need it!
It took me a while though, then about a month after this he sent a third party email setting me up for some bogus class..I forwarded that email plus copies of all the other emails and transcrips of phone calls to all of our friends begging them to tell him to leave me alone. Everything has stopped since then and it has been three months of happiness for me :)

My ex from abotu 4 yrs ago was the same way. He would do anything to get ppl to hate me!
I basically ignored all his phone calls. Always left my car home, so he thought i was home and would not look for me and after about 6 months it dies down...

The easiest way to deal with someone like this is to ignore them. Don't acknowledge they exist. Don't pull the curtain back to look at them, don't talk about him to anyone... just pretend he disappeared. He is doing it for attention.
Spreading rumors and writing nasty things -- sounds like you are both young. Let it go... soon enough he'll move on to someone else.

yes i have....and what i did was introduced him to my 3 brothers......didn't see him after that...from what i hear....he's selling the big issue outside woolies
