My husband & I found this gorgous home at a very reasonable price but the thing is our credit scores are not at where the lenders we've tried would like it to be. They want me to pay off my miscellanous debts so that they could finance 100% of the house and ask for no money down but that is going to take 2-3 months to pay off and we're afraid the house will be sold by that time. My husband has a mortgage under his name but we don't live there. My parents live there instead so the lenders we've talked to said we can't add him with me. We don't know what else we could do so I'm depending on anyone for more hopes. Does anyone know lenders who can work with our situition? Our credit scores are in the 500's and will be done with our miscellanous debts by June 2007 leaving us with just 2 car payments. Please, any serious responses would truly be appreciated. By the way, we are located in Minnesota. Thank you so much in advance.

If you know that he/she is not working & you have loanded this person money in the past that they have yet to pay back? He/she is saying that they will pay you back as soon as they can. If you don't loan this person the money, they are going to have all sorts of things turned off or repossessed. Do you still offer up the loan?

He claims this started because HE wanted to a baby, and she could never get pregnant,so he thought well help her and help us ... the IDIOT, and I had always wanted another baby after having a total hysterectomy at 21,so he claims this is why it all started ... they went thru invetro and the whole nine yards, he did not even approach me with this "idea" of his . I found out about this after they had been at it for 5 years, 2- miscarriages,and now she is Prgenant again 5-months preg. He picks her up and takes her to work , he works with her every day,he eats lunch with her everyday at work, he does ALL her driving, on friday nights he takes her to do her and her handicapped brother's grocery shopping,then he takes her to another city to her brother's for the weekend.He calls her from our home right in front of me , when he is home, still comes home to me because I want to make my marriage work. I am a virgin, 20 and he is 20 and not a virgin. We have only been dating a couple weeks but I dont want to rush into sex. I'm not very religious but I do not want to have sex with some random guy. I have an ex ( who happens to be my baby's father), who is extremely angry and upset about how things turned out for us. Thing is, he doesn't want to talk to me, but he wants to know what is going on with me. Then he flips the script and stated that since I got somebody, he should go out and get somebody too. I was recently sexually assaulted. For the first few days, my boyfriend was an ok comfort. Now, it's been 3 weeks and I'm facing having to deal with court proceedings and work piling up and I'm generally scared and an emotional wreck. Last night I broke out in tears and he would mutter, "What's wrong" a few times. I wasn't able to put my feelings into words at the time. All I wanted was for him to tell me that he's there for me, etc. Instead he was silent a lot, replied to my questions of "Are you mad at me? Do you love me? Do you want me to go?" with "Should I be mad at you? What do you think? Do you want to go?" when all I wanted to hear were definite reassuring words like Yes I love you, I'm not upset you, I don't want you to go.

Am I overreacting? Am I being too critical of him? Am I expecting too much? Should I just deal with what I have going on by myself or seek another source of support?

My boyfriend is in the armed forces and has gone away on exersise for 3 months, he is out on the feild constantly so there are no ways of contacting each other! I need some ways of cheering myself up, to take my mind of things!

I have this friend and he has been going out with this girl for a couple months. He was known as the funny guy, the cool guy, he was just so awesome and everyone liked him. Now that he has this girl in his life he pretty much forgot about me and all of his other friends and now his girlfriend has the nerve to IM me and say nasty things to me. Not that it wasnt already bad she made it that much worse. My friend knows we still care about him but all he cares about is "his girl" he wont even call anymore, he wont go to the movies unless she can go, he wont even sit with us at lunch cuz shes not welcome. We dont want her there cuz honestly no one there likes her cuz of the things she says and does. Why should we welcome her if she cant even see the fact that he has friends. Please help ... I want my friend back!
