Body image question?

What is your opinion of women that get breast implants? Ladies would you get them? Guys would you want your girlfriend/wife to get them?

I'm not getting them, but I know someone that just got them. I'm really trying to figure out why bigger breasts are so important. She wasn't flat chested either. Maybe a bit on the small side, but she's not a big person anyway. She's also been married to the same guy for 7 years. I don't know, I was just wondering what other people thought about it. Why would a person that seemed to have everything, need bigger boobs?

well if they get them totally huge like triple e and they are like a twig then it's gross. i would get them and i want mine to be just an enhancement.. nothing too big but just enough to make me pop a bit.

Well, I happen to be fortunate in that department so it's hard for me to see why anyone would want them to be bigger than they can handle. I sometimes just don't see what all the fuss is about, but I guess I would feel differently if I didn't have them. Yet, I do feel if you think that implants will give you a greater self-esteem, then do you. However, I do think we should all be happy with what we were given. I'm not a fan of doctors and surgery so I wouldn't do it, but plenty have and some like and some regret it. All in all, it's really up to the individual, it's a personal choice. Do what is right for you.

I believe any kind of pastlic surgery that is not nessasary is stupid. If it isn't broken don't fix it! There are so many things that could go wrong, it's a vain thing to do. Love yourself the way God made you. Keep yourself in shape and if not it's your own fault. If your a little overweight that's fine, as Tyra Banks says "OH WELL" If you are obese see a Dr. and go on a diet and exersise. If your anarexic or bolimic see a Dr. and fix it. But never do plastic surgery just because you want it, only if it is medically nessasery , even then get a second opinion.

I wanted implants since I was a teenager because I was very flat chested. I didn't get them until I was 33 years old...old enough to make the decision without anyone elses input. There is nothing wrong with implants if you don't get them for all the wrong reasons. Number 1 wrong reason: low self-esteem. You actually have to be a very confident person for this to work for you.

I would never get them. I have no boobs but I wouldn't get implants. No matter how good the job is, you can tell that they are fake. If they made implants that actually looked like they were real, I may consider it. But most when they are naked, look totally fake. I would be too embarrassed if I was getting it on with a guy with fake boobs cuz he would know they were fake by looking at them.

I dont think women should get them just to have huge boobs and look like barbie doll tramps and I dont think women should get them just to impress men. however I have a congenital breast deformity known as tubular breasts with hyperplasia where my breasts never grew more than buds like a girl before puberty and my right breast is about 2 sizes smaller than my left breast its like a 36 b and a 32 a!! this is how I explain them to people...hypothetically breasts should look like hamburgers, nice and perky and round..well mine look like hotdogs or sausages....they point down and they are droopy and skinny and long like a deflated ballon or a sock with an egg in it...yes I would get breast implants and I plan to when I can afford it because it is embarassing and causes low self esteem issues... but if I had normal breasts I wouldn't see a need to have it done... and I'm not doing it to please other ppl or so other ppl think I look good...I am doing it for me so when I look in the mirror I am happy with myself...if that is the reason people want this done than by all means get it done but dont do it because you want guys to think ur hot or want compliments or whatever because its just not worth it! all that matters is what you think of yourself!!

i would never get implants! simply cuz i don't think it's worth it to go through such "trauma" to get bigger breasts. i'm a 34B and i've learned to be happy with my body, including my breasts, and my boyfriend loves me for myself and that. you can still be a beautiful, confident woman without having double d's. i think that women who get them feel a need to feel better about themselves, or are looking for the attention. it's a personal choice, but i prefer being natural, and you might find that, surprisingly, guys appreciate that too.

Depending on what size they are originally. I have a friend that is 30 and is an 'A' she is very self conscious about them. I think an 'B' or 'C' is the perfect size depending on your body shape and size. Also consider that if you havent had children yet, that will make you boobs larger and save u some money.

I would never get implants, I am only a 36B but how weird would I look at 60 with 38D breasts?
