I like this guy in my class... we have a lot of things in common, even common friends... he knows I like him, and his best friend told me that he always talks about me. In spite of that, he acts a bit strange when i'm around. I feel that he wants to tell me something, but he always stops before opening his mouth :( i don't know what to do...should I take the first step? i'm afraid he'll say he doesn't want to be more than friends... help me please :)

Im really shy and everytime i talk to someone i dont know well, my voice is all low and sounds different and they cant really hear me kuz how low it is. if i get really nervous i studder or talk really fast. how do i get over this?

OK. I am 14 and going to be a father. yes i know im way too young, i need no more lectures believe me ive gotten plenty. My problem is I told my mother and now she wont let me have anytihng to do with my pregnant girlfriend. This cant go on, i need to be there for my girlfriend and our child. What can I do to get her to realise that keeping me away isnt going to help anything?

I have had enough. I can sit here for days describing how many lies are reported by the news. Time and time again you will hear reporters give information about areas they or their sources have absolutely no knowledge of. I, firmly, believe something needs to be done about this.
I have never heard the news report about how awful they can be, only about how awful everyone else is. They make claims that they are informing the public because we have the right to here the truth. Where is the truth in false claims? Where is the truth in only one side of the story? Where is the truth when one news station says one thing and one station says the opposite? Where is the truth in scaring people and making money off of misery?
The news does not always report horrible things and I’m positive not all the people of the media are bad. However I can no longer decide if they do this for the good of people or try to do some decent things to waiver the ideas of how people view them. If this is the case, good only being done for attraction, then propaganda is a factor here.
I have nothing to gain by what I’m about to ask of you except a better, more honest world for the human race and our children. I am asking you to search and if you are as disturbed
As I, take action. I am proposing a major black out of the news at home, work, school, etc. Every month, on the 7th, until the media in your area (if is misleading) has announced a public apology, proposing a solution to do more for their communities regarding peace and honesty. Do not watch, listen or read the news on the 7th of every month. Change the stations, don’t use the internet, and cancel papers.

It's hard enough for normal people to meet their compatible date. Let alone a foreigner asian guy, although I am US eduated, been here around 10 years, I consider myself attractive male; But I don't feel comfortable enough to hang out with normal americans young guys of my age, though I am attracted to all kinds of beautiful ladies. On the other hand, I felt dis-connected from my own people, not that I don't want to, it's just not naturally built in me to feel the root.

Ok so there is this girl i like.(im 13) but shes going out with this other guy. but she hangs out with me and writes notes back and forth and talks on the phone with me more than her bf?! and my friend is pretending to like her. Ok to start off with I have been dating this girl for half a year. We argue alot over small things and I really don't have a clue why. She checks up on me all the time, for example she goes through my cell phone texts constantly, but when i do the same to her, she thinks i dont trust her. I get so confused! Sometimes she gets mad over the smallest things, for instance, if i dont do what she asks she gets mad, like choosing where to eat. But when i ask her for a favor, she doesnt do it.Another problem is she wants to go out and party with her friends,but the time i did let her,she got home at like 6 in the morning.I know if i did this she would have drilled me.I try to compromise with her,telling her that if she goes out well then ill go out too,but she gets mad and says that i never want her to have fun and she stays home,mad.We love each other, But sometimes when we get into a fight,she puts me down and tells me she dont love but then soon after she tells me I'm the only one for her!
