Well if she keeps paying attention to you, then she probably likes you, but she might just want to be friends. Approach her, say hi, tell her about yourself a little, and ask her if she would like to hang out some time. If she says yes, then ask her how you can contact her (email/ phone) so you can make plans. Once you hang out a bit, ask her if you wanna date or just have a fling and if she says yes, go for it!
