everyday's the same. nothing interesting ever happens. I wake up, eat... go online.. work... take a nap... eat again.. go online.. chat with this girl on msn.. go to bed..
the exact same thing tomorrow. why?

You know the answer to that...you won't move...you have to move through life not be static. Discover some interest or better yet if you really want to feel good and vibrant walk yourself down to the senior center or the hospital or any other of a million ways you can voluteer and give give give of your self. Oh and by the way you may find some interest you didn't even know you had ...a sport.or hobby etc...so Move move move...Good Luck!

well,maybe you should stop spending so much time online.There are so much other stuff that you could do.Tell that girl that you have to do other stuff and can only come online once a week.
Try reading books,cooking,christian groups etc.

life is what you make of it dude. You need to change your routine if you ever want to change your outcome. I notice no mention of friends in your routine either which does not help your situation.
