what im trying to say is why do girls consider guys to be neat and clean if they have short hair, but the opposite if they have long hair. like girls can have long hair, but can be neat. i mean, some guys with long hair wash their hair everyday and take care of it and can be neat too. so why?

some guys like only girls with short hair or only long hair, it can go either way for mothe sexes
my hair is a couple of inches longer that shoulder length and every girl i know say that if i cut it, they will kill me

it depends on how long. if it is past there shoulders then it is plain unnattractive not that it is unclean if you take good care of it. some girls preffure the skater hair type that dont get to far past their chin (i think its hot) so dont let it go too long and then there wont be a problem but do keep it clean!

First of all not all girls dislike long hair on boys, girls are all different and it's not fair to assume that we girls agree with you. Now why girls don't like their boys to have long hair is because we don't want to be seen or to be mistaken as two girls dating or going out or whatever it is that we do when couples go out. I know that is the most reasonable reason why we the girls tend to like our boys not to have long hair and its certainly not because of hygienic reasons........so not.

Personally speaking, I've asked my boyfriend to keep his hair short. The first time I met him, it was longer than my hair and it was rebonded! He's vain, really. But I don't want my friends and family to think that I'm going out with another girl. Duh! When he had his hair shaven, I told him he appeared sexier and appealing than the long one.
