prom is 2 months away, i asked my date today and she said yes, obviously. i kno her really well, we are like really good friends. what are somethings i need to do to get ready for prom(just me), and what do i need to do with her to get ready for prom?

My giflfriend hates tattoos, but I on the other hand love em. She bitches everytime I talk about getting another one, but my real problem is I want her to get many more and of course she won't. She got one about 5 years ago right before we started dating and now wishes she didn't get it. I'm extremely attracted to girls with multiple tattoos, is there anyway to get her wanting more?

I have an alcolholic father who is down to nothing. I live closest to him and my sisters tell me i should check on him and help him. I decided i could not. I have a family of my own. To add to things i emailed my sisters this heart felt message reveiling my own secret. I told them i joined AA because i could not deal with dad. And that i am an alcoholic. I also added i could not check on dad cuz that would be to hard. I quit drinking and can not deal with him. I was very open with both of them. So i figured by this evening they would have both emailed me back. One did she forwarded me some stuff. NO MENTION to what i wrote earlier this morning.
I want to know now how to deal with people who dont beleive in being open and talking about alcoholism.
My mom divorced my dad over this. She did not want her girls to grow up that way. So i now have my dads problem and i saw my moms light. What is wrong with this family. These sisters of mine.
I want to cry cuz they just dont get it.

We went out to dinner with another couple (one of his best friends) on Friday. I probably had a little too much to drink and the subject turned to b js somewhere along the line (just funny stuff). I didn't think too much about it, but on the way home he wouldn't talk to me. When we got home he got all mad accusing me of being attracted to his friend (I'm not), and saying that this happens everytime we are together (it did happen only one other time).

I am very upset over this kind of treatment, and its his usual behavior to give me the silent treatment, but I resent the lack of respect. I even called his friend to apologise for my behavior, but he didn't even know what I was talking about, and just said not to worry about it. It has been 4 days now so I want advice. He won't go to any kind of counceling (I've tried), and I just am so mad.

So what's the solution? Divorce? Do I move out? Or does someone have words of wisdom? Thanks to all who took the time to read this.

Hy husband, who is currently stationed in Germany, and I are going through a divorce. My husband now has a new girlfriend (has had for a long time now) who apparently has a "problem" with him having a child. He has expressed interest to me in signing away his rights to his daughter. He says that it is "too much to bear" being so far away from our little girl and that he would "never get to see her anyway". By the way, that is code for "I want to be 22 without a kid and without a child support payment". It this even possible anymore? The literature that I have read on the subject suggests that this is only an option if there is another party ready to adopt, ie if I were to remarry. I am currently single, struggling to make ends meet. Can he do this to us, can he simply sign away his rights and leave us with nothing?

I feel like my friend thinks that she is better than me. I try to give her advice and she just laughs. We're in a chorus group in shool...well let's put it this way, when we are at her house she says she is afraid of singing by herself in a solo, but when we are in front of everyone in the choir she sings out just to look like she is better than me. It makes me feel like crap and I hate that feeling. I want her as my friend but I don't want it to be a compotition between us. What should I do?

My husband and I got married right before I turned 19, so I was 18 and he was 21. We're now 19 and 22, and have been married for 7 months. I got pregnant 3 months after our wedding and we're expecting our first baby August 22, 2007.

I have never felt at all like I'm missing out on anything. My husband is wonderful to me, and it makes me wonder why I get so many rude comments when people find out I'm pregnant. So many people think that everyone is irresponsible at 19.

I think that maturity has more to do with what kinds of experiences you've had and what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated. I graduated high school, I'm currently in nursing school, and I think my husband and I will be great parents.

So why do so many people think that I'm "too young"? How should I respond to rude comments like "I can't even imagine having a baby at 19"? That's just one of the comments I've gotten.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 6th months now and he can be immuture sometimes.
Also I am Methodist and he is (big time) Baptists
and well we don't see exactly eye to eye on certain stuff.

So my mother and I had an argument and after we did she's basically done everything BUT disown me [really].

Now, I feel like I’m not wanted in my own home. A few months back my cousin moved in with us, [he's 29, living rent-free, doesn't pay any bills, has my mom waiting on him hand and foot, something even I don't do, she doesn't even do the things she does for my cousin FOR my dad! am I missing something here?] and ever since he moved in things haven't been the same around here. He's always sucking up to her and putting her against my dad and me, and the funny thing is that he always succeeds. So now, I find myself alone and a bit hurt, she's been sayings things about me to my dad, and every time I walk into a room she walks out [and so does Mr. Freeloader right along with her]. I try to talk to her but she basically ignores my every word, it’s like I’m invisible to her!

Now I try to play it off as if it doesn't bother me none, but in all reality it's killing me inside...

I cant go to my gf Hens nite but iam goinging to the wedding.
