Respect come from the heart...and it means to me a lot...I respect a person who has proven to me have values..have manner..and personality...
Also Respect is A Two Way Street you can get it if you give it ...
Also Respect toward the 'criminal' 'wrongdoers' bullies' does not have any meaning that is FEAR...

respect comes from within, alot of folks have respect in public but still have no heart to help an old lady cross the street.
