when me and my bloke first got together me and his mum got on really well, till we moved in together. given he was 27 when he moved out and his mum had done everythin for him..foreva. then she started txtin him sayin come home if u dont like living away, she gives him money at the drop of a hat and completley slags me off all the time, i have tried with her but it has gotten me no-where i want us to get along for my blokes sake but she is viscious and makes things up about me just to wind my bloke up, at first i got on with his dad too but now he doesnt speak to me either. i know i have done nothin wrong yet she still is nasty... do i bother to try nd talk to her???

I've been hanging w/ a middle school friend, who is a lebian. I started hanging w/ her as a friend once we ran into each other a couple months back. After hanging out so long, she fell in love w/ me. I was flairted because she has a certain taste and she's gothic. I continued to hang around w/ her doing things and deep inside I knew I was gaining feels for her. I noticed I was starting to fall in love with her. I'm straight. I used to diss homos when I was younger back in high school once I lost track of her. WE talked it out and now have been a couple for 2 days. I feel kinda odd if there is someone else w/ us and we kiss. I feel I am falling in love w/ her deep inside. She already is in love. She's practcally a man in a woman's body. If it last, it'll be odd as hell telling my folks. I want it to be a secret for now. Taking it slow. Is it strange I'm in love w/ someone of the same gender since I've been straight forever in the past?

OK, this is a long story......
My father moved to Texas when I my a teenager and luckily for me married a loving caring lady who has become a wonderful step-mum. I don't have much in the way of 'real' family in the UK so her parents quickly came to feel like grand parents.
My Grandad in Texas has been diagnosed with cancer, and several other pre-existing medical conditions mean that it may not be operable. I am finding this news really hard to cope with because I don't want to lose him. I've only known him for 5 years but I love him like a grandparent. I was so happy that I had a chance to be part of a 'normal' family.
The problem I'm posting here today is that my boyfriend of 1 year basically doesn't give a s***. I emailed him to tell him today and he was like "oh dear... anyway..". I rang him this afternoon because I really felt like I needed some support or, dare i say it, sympathy and he said: "yeah, well my thoughts are with your step-mum's family", like I don't count.

He has been married 10 years but seperated for 3 years. He went about 5 months ago to have all the papers drew up and things but didn't have the money then. He know has the money but a lot of drama has happened with his son's mother and he doesn't know what all to say to the laywer, he is keeping a notepad of everything he wants to discuss with the laywer but he wants some advice on anything extra. Basically when he gets divorced he never wants to speak to her again unless it's in regards to his son. Any advice from anyone who has been there and knows what needs to be listed in the final decree to avoid any problems in the future? Thanks.

I really want him to stop. I can't get any sleep ... would it be really mean of me to stick pins right side up through the mattress cover down the middle of the bed in order to train him not to come on my side of the bed ... and to get one of those big staple guns and staple the comforter how it should stay all night?

I think it would take about a week to train him properly!

Anyone have any better solutions?

I'm at my wits end here ... and please don't suggest a bigger bed or separate beds; ain't happening.

My Boyfriend and I have been together for almost 8 months, and living together for a little over 3 months. We have talked about getting married and we are getting engaged in the near future. Knowing that we are getting engaged I dont understand the wait, and I dont understand the surprise??? I know it's going to happen and sometime soon. Why can't it just happen? The element of surprise is gone out of the window when he told me we were getting engaged.

Plus I asked him when he knew "i was the one" and it took a long time to get it out of him because he said I wouldn't believe him. Well he told me the other day and he said it was about 2 months into our relationship, and it happened the same time he knew he loved me and the same time that he knew I was "his mom" what does that mean?

which is better ? i have heard that white gold looses its luster after a while and tends to loose its shape over time ... with palladium ive heard it has the same qualities as platinum but is about 25% cheaper in price ... is it better to buy palladium or should i just shell out the extra money in platinum?

i dated my best friend who is 28 for a year. we were best friends 4 a whole year a year b4 that. after she dumped me anytime i would get interested n another girl she'd tell me to *** over to her apt 4 sex. that was november now shes seeing some 35 yr old guy who rides a harley and i see her maybe once a week. she says i'm still her best friend & she's moving to Atlanta GA this year sometime & she says she'll miss me terribly when she leaves. anytime i date a girl she is so critical of her, but anytime i say anything about harley guy she gets defensive. she never hardly calls me anymore, & i love her so much as a friend, & she says she loves me, as a friend, but i get the feeling she's just tryin 2 keep me under her thumb so she can manipulate me. all of my friends tell me she's manipulative. how do i find out if she's a manipulator &trying to keep me under her thumb or if she's REALLY my best friend? I REALLY need good advice here. It seems she never has time for me, am I being used?

my boyfriend has this friend that comes over I have been with my man longer than they have been friends, but he starts trouble all the time between my boyfriend and myself for starters he'll come in and change the music I was listening to on my computer or change the tv stations and recently my daughter was venting about my boyfriend and he overheard and told everything she said and when my daughter who is a teenager wore a skirt he was calling her dumbass because it was cold not that she was going outside not that it would've been his business but he said to my 2 yr old son can you say skank so I blew up on him everyone thinks I over-reacted but I wanted to beat him down and I kept hearing him say get the **** out and everything my boyfriend says he's not all there but I think he is and he just uses it as an excuse. Why do you think he acts this way I have heard he has done this to other couples.

I don’t drink alcohol much. Not because I have a moral problem with it, just because I don’t like how it makes me feel. I feel like life is short enough that I would like to remember it, and not waste it in a drunken fog, or hangover hell. I do on occasion have a drink with friends, (maybe once or twice a year). My husband on the other hand has a completely different opinion on drinking….he loves to come home and relax every night with a six-pack of beer in his hand.

Then he gets upset when I don’t find him attractive, as he smells of beer, and because I don’t find him attractive at this point, he results to searching for porn on our family’s computer. This has caused many problems in our marriage, he thinks I’m controlling and should just get over the smell of beer and since I don’t its my fault he has to look at porn. I feel disrespected and unloved. We made a rule now that if he drinks we don’t have sex, but now, I feel rejected every time he reaches for the can of miller light.

Does the fact that he drinks mean he is already unhappy? He says he is happy except for the fact that I try to control his drinking? I need to figure this out… please help.

Like ah, last night I kept calling my girlfriend she was cutting me off short, she was with her brother and mother just talking and watching TV, then her friend was looking for her, so I gave her friedn her number, then call her back say her friend was looking for her, then I ask her call me later.
