i no he says he doesnt love me,but deep down i no he do and hes just scared but its caused so much water under the bridge..how can i remind him the reasons he loved me...we were meant to be together!

Just let it go, if he says he doesn't love you then leave him alone. If after you've given him space he realises that he wants to try again then good for you, but if he doesn't then you know he meant it and you can move on.

Hmm...there obviously was a reason for the breakup. But see, here's the thing. Once you're out of a relationship and you try and go back, everything the second time around is different. The dynamics of it have changed, personalities, they way you both think etc...I've honestly tried to get back into relationships that failed and it worked once but then no later than two weeks I got out of it again because I saw why it didn't work and didn't want to get it started again. You can still love someone but not be able to be in a relationship with them, and that's ok. I would recommend moving on and meeting someone who REALLY wants to be with you for all the right reasons! Hmmm... it seems you could be delusional and trapped in the fantasy world you have created for the both of you...
If he truly loved you why did he leave in the first place??
Have you ever considered that there are things beside just love in a relationship... i know it sound rude but have you ever considered why he has become that way???
If you were meant to be together heaven and hell cannot separate the both of you but if simple things are the reasons you guys could not be meant to be so...
by the way you write it seems you just lost him today... think it through and i hope i have helped....

I have been in your situation ...you need to sit down with him and have a heart to heart talk. If he truly does love you then I am sure he will want to work it out with you. Me and my fella had a really hard time a few months ago but now we have got thruough it and it has made us stronger. The thought of being without each other was unbearable... so we now have heart to heart talks now and again to clear up any problems or issues.

You can't make someone love you no matter how much you try. Use your energy in moving on and focus on yourself. If your relationship is over and there has been a number of issues between you then perhaps it is for the best. It seems like he has made his choices clear.

I think you're just clinging to the hope you'll get back together because you're scared of being on your own, you've spent so much time together and you can't see yourself being with anyone else.
My advice is to pull yourself together, before you start to look and sound like some kind of bunny boiler!

make a scrap book with pictures of you guys when u were together and put captions by each picture, and leave it some-where so he will find it and it will be a surprise. dont let him know what u r doing, like i said he want to surprise him. that way he can look threw the book and think back to all the good times u had.

chill with him go out giggle laugh hold hands go easy on the heavey bits this will remind him how much fun you are and how much fun you have together. it may take a few weeks but youll soon get back to wear you was
