I don't believe in sex about marriage, but I should be getting married soon and I'm really nervous about having sex and think it'll hurt. So I'd like some advice to help me enjoy my first time and for it to not be too painful. I love my bf dearly and this is nothing to do with him and I know he'll do everything to make it special for me and he will be gentle. I just don't want to let him down on our wedding night. But I'm nervous that it'll hurt.

Anybody with any sensible advice, please let me know.

She had signed up with the airforce that was a great step. Now she feels she should go to college I told her to look at the last for years of highschool and tell me if she was ready. She is just out of control in the way she talks to me and her stepdad of 15 yrs. Its so hard but you want to be fair on one hand but on the other she is so disrespectful to us how do i handle her and convence her that the airforce has so much to offer her. She needs time to grow up.

I love men with short beards, it makes them look so much more masculine than completely shaved.

So, I've been in and out relationship and none of those ever worked out. The situation is always been like this. Whether it's:
1. Both of my parents disagree with me because they do not like my bf
2. Whether my dad disagree with me because he does not like my bf but my mom loves him, and so do I.
3. Whether my mom would disagree with me because she does not like him. Most of the time because we are different race. My mom wants me to be with someone who is in the same race with me but my dad and I do not really care about race or religion.
So, this time I have a bf who is in different race with me but my dad loves him and I love him. My mom for somewhat trying to confess me that I should not be into him too much and she also told me already that she can not accept the differences we have. I am so tired having in between all the time. What should I do? I really am tired of all the bulls*** but I dont ever want to hurt my mom.

When my mom remarried the guy she married had a son that was my age. Well me and him hit it off and wound up fooling around alot. I know he was my step brother but it was fun for us. Do you think we were wrong for doing that?

My boyfriend of 5 years just left me with no warning while I was at work two days ago. I am utterly devastated. He never told me he was even unhappy. Sure we fought, but who doesn't? He says there are things that I have been doing that were driving him away..But he never told me!! How can I convince him to give me another chance? We were best friends before we started dating, and now I feel I have lost everything.

My husband drinks 5-6 beers (sometimes 7!) about 5 nights a week. He is never drunk - and he always just drinks at night. Am I kidding myself to think he is not an alcoholic? We have been together for 15 years. He has always liked beer, but in the last few months he has drank more each night. I confronted him and he said - well, yes, I probably do drink too much, and thanks for being worried about me, but its fine, I am okay. I dont drink very often, maybe once in a while on a special occasion. The thought of beer just grosses me out now!

My friend is on a business trip and she asked me to come down for a night. We were all excited until she found out she would be sharing her hotel room. She thinks she'll be rude if she asks her roomate if I could crash on the floor. She also justifies not asking because she wouldn't want the other person to invite a friend to stay. I understand all that, but if I come down, I'll have to spend more money to have my own room. At first I said I couldn't efford it and them I checked my accound and found I could. It would mean a lot to her if I go, but I don't think my husband wants me to spend the money. The last he's heard I'm not going, and I can't get ahold of him before I make my decision. I'm waiting for him to call me back. Should I stay or go visit my friend?

Ok well my BF and I of 4 months now are doing really good and we have a very open and well communicated relationship. The thing is, his Roommate has moved out and he needs another one by April to help out to where he can spend time with his friends and kids as well as have the money to do so. He can compltley swing his house and all finaces on his own but there will be little money left to play with. When we meet we both agreed not to rush in or move in to fast or anything like that. I also mentioned that I think I should live on my own for a little while too. Then again now with tax time coming it may not work out in my favor to be able to do so for awhile, which is not good either as I live with roommates. I guess what I need to know it should I even throw out the possibility of living with him? even like a trial thing maybe ? How would I apporach the subject? I dont want to blow a good thing nor scare him off. I am very much a flexable and understaning woman so your input is helpful

they had been estranged for years over very stupid arguments, truly nothing major happened. wouldn't any normal person come to make peace before their father passes away? I know I will never speak to them again -- they are dead to me. Just looking to see how others would handle this

I am married, have 1 child and live several states away from my family, but my mother still insists that we "chat" every day and email several times a day. She is very sensative and believes I am upset with her if I do not email her for a day or two. She also believes that when I don't talk to her that my husband is telling me I can't (he's not). She believes daughters have a commitment to their mothers to be "best friends" their whole lives, because this is the relationship she and her mother have. I love her dearly, but I have my own life and resposibilities! Her close relationship with her mother caused her divorce with my father after 15 years of marriage (and she blames HIM for not being understanding enough), I DON'T want to suffer the same fate, but I also don't want to hurt her. What to do??
