i have a crush on one of my female co-workers right now and she's let it be known that she has a crush on me. But she's engaged and in the time we've shared planning her wedding, has made it hard for us not to feel the way we do. we're just both afraid to take the first step

I have, I've actually had a pseudo-girlfriend but we broke up because she wanted to be more girlfriend than pseudo and I had children and a very public job, I just couldn't be a lesbian - besides I still love men!
