Offer them gum, mints, or anything that will freshen up there breath. If this doesn't work then just be honest and tell them.

I would constantly offer them breath mints or gum. They'll get the hint if everytime you see them you are offering something for their breath.

offer them bad breath lessening gums or mints, they should be able to figure the rest by themselves

do what i did.....tell them, personally I would want to know that my breath stunk........give them a mint or gum and tell them.........otherwise live with it and try not to focus on the smell protruding from his mouth like a dragon's flame!

just buy some gum and offer them some everyday untill they catch on.

If they are a friend take them aside and say, Idon't mean to offend you but********** tell them that your saying this in their best interest, that they may be offending others.
