There is no rite age to be honest. I mean if the girl feels she is ready mentally and not physically then i guess all thumbs up for her to have sex. Her body might look ready but her mind wont be ready, thats why some people never have sex.

There is no "best age" for a GIRL to have sex. GIRLS should not be having sex they are too young.
