my 16yr. old friend works at the amc theater and just texted me 10 min. ago. i have been pondering about what to do and how to handle it. she said "I have a person that i am protecting." I asked her what she meant and she said "this lady I work with is being beaten and abused by her husband and he is a cop. i will kill him." i told her not to kill him 'cuase she will be tried as an adult and go to jail. she said "He beats a girl plus I will prove it so ye, I will kill him before he kills her" and I haven't texted back 'cause I don't know what to do or say her. if someone is hurting her friend(s) she will defend them at any cost and so is in many school fights so I believe she will defend this lady at all costs. but I don't want her to do the wrong thing you know. what do we do. you can't just go 2 the cops about another cop beating his wife it doesnt work that way but what can we do to get evidence and prove it and put him away the right way and help her friend? I am really scared.

does he like me? one day we got to talking at the bus stop and when we got onto the bus, he sat next to me to chat.later, he told me that he tapes our class,so i can get the recordings if i want.i was low on money,so he gave me some and i repayed him with a ride to his car.he shares his snacks with me in class even before i ask.he pretends to be mad when i eat a jelly bean before i know the flavor.he gave me a ride to my car and on the way he told me that we were gonna study together for the final.i found out that some of my friends know him.he told them that we hang out a lot and we're buds.then he told me that he and a girl i know were gonna study together and that i should join them.i did, but he acted so casually.he doesn't look at me for long, though i did catch him staring at my body once. also, when we were studying we were joking about a drunk girl who had told me that she liked my boobs and he said, "wow, can i see them?" He's mentioned his ex twice casually in convo.

Hey Everyone...

This is my very first time posting, very nice to meet you all. Where do I begin? I am emotionnaly torn, I feel hopeless, inconsolabe and haven't smiled in days. All I want to do is be alone, but slowly I'm losing my sanity. I met a guy, four years ago, and in just two weeks of knowing him, we kept a long distance relationship for 4 years. It was terrific, we saw each other every 2/3 months... except that recently. 7 mnths ago, his traditional Indian parents thought I was not the ideal person for him. We have the same cultures, same religion, the only thing is I don't speak Hindi. Being the only son, and his mother dying slowly from cancer, he is oblgiated to fulfil their wishes and find someone other than me thati fits into their "ideal daughter-in-law" image. I have waited for months for him to put his foot down and let them know he will not chose between them or me, rather they will have to accpet that we are going to be together.Did I make the right decisiom?

I told her I don't love her, but she said If I don't marry her she's going to move to another state and take my daughter. Note this is a fantasy and hasn't happened (yet). I'm wearing a mini skirt, stocking and suspenders and the wife does me up the wrong 'un with a strap on. At 21, I'd be horrified by such a thought, but now I'm 35, it seems quite appealing. Is there anything unusual about that? What's yours?

My husband took the day off to spend with our child. They went to a restaurant that has games so they could play. My husband said he had to go in to work after so they came home & then he left. Well, my four year old told me "daddy said don't talk about the girls". I asked "what girls?". He said "from daddy's work". After asking my son a few more questions he told me that they went to this woman's house & even told me that they have two cats & that the woman & the "little girl"(her daughter apparently) all went to the restaurant. He said that the woman road up front & the little girl in the backseat w/him & that at the restaurant daddy sat by the "big girl". I don't feel like my child is making this up & why would a kid? Later this month my child & I are moving away "for awhile" to supposedly save money or so my husband says. The question I am debating is whether I am going to say something now or after I move. Is this enough evidence of maybe..cheating? Any suggestions?

I wish I were a woman sometimes.

It is hard to find someone good, & women don't take good guys seriously because they can find so many guys so easily.

If I were a woman, I could just flash what I had & pick up anybody.
Married, single, anyone.

Sometimes I feel jealous & left out that women have it so easy. I feel like nothing sometimes.

For example my partner is always late to things and I pride myself on being on time. I set a schedule and it's almost like he goes out of his way to make sure the schedule isn't met. While I know its not conscious on his part (or maybe it is) it is really annoying to me.

Because of his constant tardiness - we missed our plane and thus our vacation was cancelled, we were late to his best friends wedding and we are the friends that you tell to be somewhere a half an hour early bc you know they won't be on time.

I just get so annoyed, but is being late really that big of a deal. Am I just the one who needs to change and accept that as long as we are together we will be late? I find it hard to believe that he will be changing anytime soon.
