This certain guy that I was into can't tell when he has a good woman in his presence. Instead of him wanting something good, he goes to no good, desperate women.

Usually you can judge a person by the company he/she keeps. I think the guy you are into probally wants a girl that will give up to him and he know that you wont tolerate that so he goes to desperate girls to get what he want so don't sweat it you will find a great guy that will appreciate a good woman. But I think guys now like aggressive and flamboyant women.

Yeah, desperation is a good indicator that there will be a certain level of gratitude. "Good women" end up thinking they "deserve" to be treated one way or another and are frankly, more trouble than they are worth.

Does he see you as good? Are your standards the same. Maybe you are a crappy cook and he loves food. Maybe your house is a mess and he likes a clean place to live. I think most of us see ourselvs as "good" people but I know a lot of "good" people I wouldn't want to have a relationship with. He sees something that he doesn't want to deal with.

Then he isn't the guy for you. Remember, some guys never see what's in front of them. So you may have to look elsewhere. He too, is fulfilling a need. Don't be hard on him, he needs a wake up call.

I find that the really good ones are hard to see - the ones that are noticed are the loud obnoxious ones. I guess it would be the same for us guys.

there is someone out there for you dont give up and dont take the first person who is goodlooking shop around get to know them and be careful some men can be deciveing nice sometimes controling the next.

cuz men are stupid and they always go where thet r not wanted. it bugs me a lott. every man is shallow they think looks is all. i have a friend who's very pretty and very rude. she thinks every guys tht comes near her wants her so she rude to guys who just try to make casual convo with her. i couldnt believe my crush liked her and i felt so stupid when she told me. men r stupid.
