I'm sorry to hear that you even have knowledge that he's not paying support. Involving the kids is never a great idea. How old are you? I would encourage you to leave it to your parents to figure out and just be a kid while you are one.

I was in your shoes as a kid, and I can tell you that anytime I got involved mediating between my parents, I always ended up getting hurt. I'm sure it would be nice to have that money coming in on a consistent basis, but it's not your responsibility. It puts you in an adversarial position against your dad, and that's not right.

Good luck and enjoy your life.

Every state has an agency that helps people collect child support. And they do it for free. I live in Illinois, so I am attaching the link so you can see what it looks like. But Google your state's child support enforcement agency and then you can take it from there. Good luck!

If you haven't taken him to court then take him to court, if you have already then it is pretty much out of your hands all you can do is keep taking him to court.
The State you live in will atempt to garnish pay etc. they will eventually take his drivers liscennse away, then if that doesn't work they will put him in jail, but that will end with you still not having the money.
good luck if he isn't paying now he won't pay in the future.

Simple. Call your state's Attorney General's office and file a complaint. They will work for you for free and get your mom the money. You don't get the money, your mom does unless she is dead and then your guardian can get it for you. Good luck.

your mom should complain that he is not paying. the state will then be able to garnish his wages.
