Does leap year only ocme onec every 3 years or is it every year that Feb ends on the 28th? I thought it came every other year but i might be wrong Help me out..

All I could find to rent for my wedding this summer are white metal folding chairs with white seats. I've not seen the chairs, I don't know if I will before the wedding since I'm renting them from out of town. I'm buying some 1.5" wide ribbon and plan on just wrapping the top of each chair just once and then attaching some decoration on the back where the ends of the ribbon will meet. The ribbon is white, pink and green stripes. Any ideas on how much ribbon per chair would be needed, I'm guessing for an average size folding chair, and what to put for the decoration on the back? Links would be helpful too! Oh and it will be an outdoor wedding next to a waterfall. Thanks!

So me and this girl used to be best friends until she started dating my brother, and that messed everything up. She is cheating on him with her ex, and I know its true, so thats why we dont get along.

Anyway, she is supposed to be coming over tonight with him, even though my parents know we are in a HUGE fight and are at eachothers throats, but they dont seem to care, and let her over anyway because they think I'm just making the things up about her cheating on my brother.

What should I do? Should I leave or stay here because it's MY house and make HER feel uncomfortable?

I'm just in the beginining of looking at ideas for wedding things. I love swans and also doves. Me and my fiance found a nice swan cake topper that we both love. we also found swan favor candy holders and I also saw cute dove figurines attached to ribbons. i was thinking of taking the ribbons with the doves on them and tying it around the swans neck. What does everyone think of this? Let me know.

My husband and I have had a rocky 10 yrs together, mostly good but the bad is what scares me into living the rest of my life feeling trapped. He acts like he is trying to make an effort to do more and he finally got a job, but after 1.5 yrs of working 2 jobs myself just so we can survive because he can't find work has worn me down. I honestly don't know if he could make things better from this point on. Too many things were said that I can't forget. I realize he was in a major depression, but calling your wife a slut, ***** and 2 bit whore in front of family members makes it hard to say I love you.We are both young and could start over, but there is a house to sell and credit card debt. He threatens to divorce me at least once a week, but I know if I am the one to finally call his bluff he will act totally astonished and play the victim. Do I just suck it up and go through with it, or wait it out a little while longer. I just hate wasting time when we could both be happier apart

gave her abunch of funny gifts such a "jar of lighting" and a "zeus doll" and stuff like that as a joke and since she has NO sense of humor at all she got really upset and cried a lot and broke up with me. IOk, i recently divorced, and started dating this man, 20 years older than me. We know each other for two years. I am a good looking 32 y-o woman. He is very sexy, and veeery sexual. My dress is egg shell, which is not bright white, but not quite ivory, its closer to white. The top of my dress has bright white lace on it. My frnd was not giving me much attention so I started avoiding her since two days I am not talking to her properly. I pretended like I am tensed abt something and thats y could not talk to her much. I used to run at her 1st call, I used to make her smile all the time when she talks to me. but since two days I didnt do that and today she was tired and busy still mailed me asking how am I and was telling abt her day.

what do u think, is this working? or what do u think abt the whole matter? what shall I do further? its only two days that I have started doing that and she doesnt know what is the reason behind it. She's been my BFF since BIRTH! on Saturday, we got in a HUGE fight! this is what happened:
we were gunna have a sleepover, and first we were guinna go over to her house and work on my tech homework. and her boyfriend was gunna help us. When I get there, everything is fine, then they got in a fight, and it was REALLY awkward for me. but then they made up.. then later, they had to return a movie. but it was snowing like Crazy, so my mom was gunna drive us, but there was only enough room for one person. so they told me to go, I was like fine w.e. so I'm about to go, and then my friend says shes gunna go to, and i say no, cause then her b.f will get mad again, cause he'll be left alone at her house with her step dad, who DOESNT LIKE HIM! she says it doensnt matter cause he was sleeping over with us! and we are arguing for a while, cause it dont want more awkward-ness, she she turns and says "Jaime is pissing me off" and then didnt expect me to be mad.is it okay that i'm mad? what do I do?
