The man im in love with will keep saying yes no maybe weeks before our meeting he will finally meet up like for his birthday he did it we missed going out for his birthday.Its happening for years.Its getting on my nerves.We dont want to break up.How to make him stop saying yes no maybe for everything.Please note its not first time and i dont tell him what to do or give ultimatums everytime?

His birthday is past forget it.This time set up date tell him time day where u two will meet tell him this is it he meets u or else u move on and dont ask him yes or no or maybe is all ull get u waited years for it now put ur foot down set meeting halfway so u dont have to go to his doorstep he can come halfway date time meeting place then go if he comes talk get to know eachother proposes accept get married if not u know what to do.
