gave her abunch of funny gifts such a "jar of lighting" and a "zeus doll" and stuff like that as a joke and since she has NO sense of humor at all she got really upset and cried a lot and broke up with me. She has NO SENSE OF HUMOR. Her mom and dad even called me to tell me how "terrible" i am for that. Anyways is i paid $20 for that stuff i gave her and i never got it back. Is there anyway i can sue her for that money i spent?

Seriously though, there is a professor at my university who got hit by lightning...twice. She cant remember anything. If you she says something like, you can use a calculator on the test, she wont remember. Then if you point it out to her that she indeed did say it, she will say....I don't remember. WTF.
So don't worry, I bet in a couple of days Lil Miss Lightning bolt wont remember what you gave her, and she will show up on your door like the dog I thru out my car last week.

Words can not describe how horrible and petty this question is. You want to sue someone for 20 dollars? Seriously? Go ahead and TRY to sue. If you can find a judge willing to waste their time on that case, then my faith in humanity is misplaced.

I don't think you can sue her for the money you spent on a gift for her. I think you should apologize and tell her it was a joke. Maybe she'll forgive you?
