Why do some girls dress provocative and then get mad when a boy looks at them?

Also, do you think it's alright for a girl to check out guys, but guys can't check out girls?

1. When im around him i get butterflies
2. I never stop thinking about him
3. I always want to be around him
4. Im happiest when hes with me and when im in his arms

Shes my best friend and I go to her house all the time. Its just I just dont really feel like it today. I already told her that I cant because my parents wont let me. She asked me why, like always, so I told her its because my parents are going to be gone all week and need me to do the house chores. (which is the truth) Well she asked how long it would take (and im kinda starting to feel bad for not wanting to be over.) so i tell her id be done in a couple of hours.

So now shes coming to pick me up at 7pm (2 hrs from now if your in central time zone). I dont know what to tell her! I mean im afraid if I tell her anything else she'll know I dont want to go and that im lieing and she'll think im a jerk.

I have a huge crush on my friend. And Im tryin to figureout if she likes me. She always ims me whenever Im online or when i sign on. She loves hanging out with me and she insists that me and her hang out alone. She saids that I make her laugh all the time, and that I always make her day whenver me and her talk. We both text eachother alot back and forth. I asked her to be my date for my date party that i have and she said would love to be my date. you see this is complicated. i've known this guy since like we were in pre-school, and he is one year older than me [that's not the problem]. so like when i was in the 5th grade i played a trick on him that i think made him mad or something but after that he would just ignore me like i don't even exist. anyway, maybe months or so my cousin told him that i like him [well i do but my cousin doesn't really know that] so that made it worse. i've realized that i like him when i was a freshman at high school. well, i think he likes me too because of what his family and my relatives say. but im too afraid to ask him if he does because his family and my family would definitely talk. and besides, he lives in asia and i'm here in the us. im just afraid that he wouldn't reply to me or anything. so what do you think i should do?

I'm not sure but this girl I now sit by (teacher changed seats) is asking me stuff like Do we have a class together this year, Didn't we have gym last year? there's this bird i totally fancy and she lives in england, i live in america... incidently, we met right here at yahoo! answers. i generally haven't ever been able to handle long distance relationships, but something about this feels different. i don't know if i'm just mature enough to handle it now or if the connections we have are just so strong, it is the confidence of our unspoken bonds. there are so many things that we have in common, its almost unreal. on one hand, it seems unfair that she lives half a world away and on the other hand, we're very appreciative that we were brought together even if it started over technology. and there's so much that i won't even try to explain because its incredibly personal but the question is, have you ever had anything like this with anyone? If you don't think it's a deep spiritual connection, then how else do you explain it? mind you, neither of us were looking to hook up with anyone through this website... it just seemed to happen.

I am a debater, i use useful thoughts in a fight. two of my other friends are quiet and don't like getting "involved" even though they are, and last is my friend that is a girl, she is gangstar and likes fighting..she seems to pick fights with me more because she likes me..but when i strike her with a good comeback (verbaly) she starts to cuss...what should we do?
