u might be too forward and at a meeting?!?! mayb u should do that somewher private, and ask wat is wrong. she might not like that at all!

she either hates you and cant stand you... or she likes you and youre making her nervous. Or possibly the fact that you were at a meeting , maybe she doesnt like footsies or for some reason she is shy in groups.

Perhaps you put her in an awkward position by doing that. That was neither the time nor the place to play "footsie." You were out of line, in my honest opinion.

well my guess is because it was in a group try talking to her alone we dont like others to know about it before we do our selfs

I am guessing that she likes you and it was kind of exciting to her; otherwise, she would have pulled her feet away from you.
