I am asexual, but for some reason I desire companionship, and come to a creative solution, I need to design or help design an artificial companion to aid me whenever I feel lonely.

I (just about to) have my computer programming AS degree so I'd be willing to make this a final project for when I go into a 4 year. Any help would be appreciated.

My question (especially since this is in the dating category) is that if I am actually able to finish the project on my own, I would need massive amounts of data from women (mainly their reactions to things), anyone know where a site or...something that might have something similar to what I'm asking? I know it’s a stretch but it never hurts to ask, maybe I could do a study or something.

One last thing, this is a real question, I want real answers. If you want a violation, please put something stupid/hateful/or ignorant, I will report anything that is not an answer.

Ok, so I think my boyfriend might cheat on me, even though he said a million times he wouldn't. cuz in my last relationship (my ex) said he would never dump me or cheat on me. but he already was cheating on me! and now i cant trust my bf, i think he might like my sister, they use to go out, and EVERYTIME shes on, she talks to him, alone, without me. and it makes me really uncomterable, and i cant tell him that. cuz he prolly knows i've already had conserns about it, and then he might really dump me..so what do i do?

I have been dating my guy for about 5 months. Everything was WONDERFUL for the 1st 3 months but then I woke up one morning with this thought in my head that I didnt love him anymore. He is a great guy, wonderful personality, great looking, great living...all in all amazing guy. Anyways, the doc ended putting me on some anxiety meds to calm the anxiety that I was having (causing me not to sleep, eat, or move)

Things have been getting better, he is the 1st "nice guy" I have dated and I am learning to appreciate this type of lifestyle. I want to spend my life with him but for some reason feel as though "I am not going to marry him", or "I dont want to marry him?" and I dont know why.....

Am I scared of commitment, anxiety issues, just dont love him anymore?

So many questions are roling through my head...
Am I still in love with my ex?
Do I just want to be with him cause he is that good guy?

Any suggestions?

so the guy i am with is so romantic and sweet. he's the perfect guy basically, hes fun, funny, handsom, sweet, carring, and romantic. i am not sure though, if i am so good at keeping up with all the luvey duvey things. i luv the idea of it, and i can be good at it, but i guess i am an amatuer with this subject. so if anyone could give me some advice, like dating wise, and talkign on the phone?

Okay so I am seeing this guy from what he says hes single and broke up with his ex, but He has a picture of her on his myspace and on it says hes in a relationship. My husband was shoveling people's walks for extra money for 4 hours yesterday and 3 so far today and he isn't back yet today. Besides making soup, hot chocolate, and chocolate chip cookies today for when he comes home, is there anything else that you think he'd appreciate? You should know that he also works 40 hours a week every week while I only work 12 so I feel like I owe him...I can't help him shovel because I have bad hips...any suggestions on other stuff I can do for him?

My husband and i got married by the JP. And now we want to have a "traditional" wedding because no one saw us get married. His family lives on the west coast and mine the east coast. his grandmother ownes a wedding business and he wants to have it there in washingtion state. I disagree with this quote. A human being cannot die without love, but illness, violence, starvation, lack of shelter...those things can KILL a man. Love can be lived without. So why is love such an important icon in our (American) culture, especially considering the fact that so many (kids) commit suicide yearly supposedly because they're in lack of it? People are so ungrateful nowadays, especially teenagers. Maybe that guy in SAW was right.

i think i like the idea of some guy but not him. i actually don't like his personality at all. his looks are not that great either. but i still find myself wishing he'd pay me some attention. talk to me, etc.

and when he does, i feel slightly victorious.

what's up with that?

note: i have considered that i could like him despite the fact that i don't think i do but i've come to the conclusion that i really don't. i cannot think of one positive thing to say about him and it's not even that he has hurt my feelings in the past - i just don't like him.

which makes the situation all that much more confusing:

Why do i want HIM to like me enough to pay more attention to me? Why HIM? why not another guy?

I have a friend who has a boy/man toy boy they are 20 yr apart yukkkkkk.. and all thay do is talk about the sex they have. i get a mental picture that makes me want to pewuk. they act as if they invented sex. and no im not jelious for i can really see thier future when it all wears off but nothing i say polite or sarcastic shuts them the frock up any come backs or sugestions ?? also all this drunk skinny scank always has sex in her vocabulary thinks shes real funny and smart can we get her to shut up any good insults to do so??!!!!

There's this boy at school,he's a year older than me (around 16) and he plays the violin.He's really great,he wants to go abroad to study music and i think he has great potential.
But the kids at school pick on him and laugh at him because he is not popular,gorgeous and stuff(morons).
I am the school's flag-holder( this is the best student at school) and I'm also popular.So,because i look up to him a lot,I play the piano and know how much it takes to become what he is,i went up to him and told him how much i admire him and that he should invite me to one of his music school's concerts.Not meaning that i fancy him or anythong its just admiration.
And when the....morons saw it, they started hanging out with him and making him a friend too.Is this bad?D u think he feels that people accept him just because of me???

After school, my friend Joanne kept annoying Tommy(not his real name) and made him a little angry. Joanne ran away, into the girl's bathroom, and Tommy decided to go into the girl's bathroom after her. I guess he thought that because it was after school it was ok. Well, Joanne ran into a stall just as Tommy walked in. Tommy thought he knew which stall Joanne was in so he stood on a toilet of the stall that was next to the one he thought Joanne was in. It wasn't. A girl was peeing in that stall(she'll be Stacey). Tommy freaked out and ran out of the girls bathroom. The next day Joanne told me what happened. I asked her if he had turned himself in yet. She gave me this crazy look and told me that he knows it was wrong and she doesn't want to ruin his record . I want to tell Stacey to tell someone, but my friends will hate me for it. They think his guilt is enough punishment. I talked to Stacey's best friend and she says that Stacey's too traumatized to tell anybody. help.

This is in connection to a Long Distance thing.

My point is: How can true love thrive....if the person isnt there for you on a day to day basis (even though it's on phone) and has no idea what's going on in your life. Is love supposed to continue on despite infrequent conversation? Your thoughts?

My friend has been flirting with the guy i like for week now so i decide to go talk to her about it. She says iits not true so i walk away and dont talk to her. But then i hear that the guy i like goes up to my friend and says "I didn't know if i liked Meg(me) but now i really dont like her, becauses shes being so mean to u."
