I got several items including some warm comfy slippers and a jourrnal, snuck in a few eats but I am looking for something, maybe a puzzle, brain teaser, well, something that might be a break from the monotony besides crosswords....cant remember any of the one peson games we liked to play excep for cards!!!

Oh! Get him a Sudoku book! They are these awesome Japenese logic puzzles, and you can find them about anywhere... They are really great!

why dont u send him a word search made by u so he'll no spent time on it and he'll have fun doin the wordsearch
