My boyfriend is a twin and his parents will not tell them who is older,thinking it will cause a problem.Please give me a link.

I wouldn't think you can find this online anywhere. This is a legal document that has a lot of personal information on it, like addresses, names, and probably social security numbers. He'd have to contact the Office of Vital Statistics, if he's of age, in the state you live in.

Depends on the state.

Your boyfriend, I think, can order a birth certificate, and these will typically have the birth order (1st, 2nd) on them.

I don't know if you have to be 18 or older...I'd think that if it's your birth certificate, you should be able to order it.

Personally, I think his parents should just tell him.

You can get them online from the state you were born in just have a credit card and they will mail them to you because to be authentic they will have to have that states seal and you cannot get that from a printer
