My husband and I are getting a house and the lender decided because my credit score is so much higher then his that my name should be the only one on the house to keep the payment amount down.

My question is what are the con's for me being the only name on the house?

I've been dating my fiance for almost 2 years and he's WITHOUT A DOUBT the best boyfriend I've ever had. He's so considerate of my feelings and I know that he'd do anything for me. But it's almost like he's too nice sometimes and we NEVER fight about anything. I don't know why, but sometimes I like to pick small fights with him and blow them out of proportion just to create some drama in our relationship. Is this just me being a girl or is there something in my relationship that's lacking?

What would you do if you went to your boyfriend/lover's home for a little lovin' and found him in the backyard doing an oral favor for one of his buddies?

Is there any way you wouln't drop him like a bad habit? Or would you just tell him it's OK since you've experimented with your friends, too?

At my new job there are a lot of females, that work there. I've notice they keep poking me with their fingers, should i treat this as a threat. Or keep giving me hugs, i know giving hugs is a sign of goodwill. But why do you guys do this Ex: poking me? Does this mean you like me or like being around me?? What about if you keep calling my name, just to mess around with me??
(Yes, I've had girlfriends before, so i am not totally illiterate when it comes to females. It's just not a question i will walk up to someone and asked them. (this is for you dumb *** out there who thinks i am asking a silly question, i am talking to you bomb shut guys, not females, you know who you are)

i have noticed a woman I am working with keeps mimicking things i do. for examples

1 when I get a clean hair cut - i can see she has done her hair in a way I never seen her do before.

2 when i start to wear checkered clothing - she wears checkered clothing which i never seen her wear

3 when i tell her i like unique people - she will go out of her way to show me she does unique things

i thought these were flirtatious signs so i ask her out - and she tells me she already has a partner which is fair enough so i decide to leave her alone but she keeps greeting me and mimicking me and following me.

whats the deal, why do women do this, what is their intentions?

im totallly confused.

I'm in seventh grade. There's this girl i've liked for about 5 months. I didn't really know her or anything, until this guy that set next both of us stole her purse and I got back for her a couple of times. Since our lockers are right next to each other, we often talk there, but just pretty much about school. Sometimes when I say/do something funny, she turns from wherever she's looking and laughs at it.(But that kinda is normal.)Or if I'm talking to someone, she sometimes comes in from nowhere. Often at her locker she looks in her mirror and fixes her hair, mainly when I'm around. I don't think either of us is hinting at it enough to know, but I've been single all my life so far, and I think she has too, so its harder to tell. I've heard a lot of guys have liked, but I don't think she's playing hard to get, I think its that those guys were all weird.We have a lot in common, but I really just don't know.

I just want to know because my boyfriend messed up a few times, and lied a few times, and now I THINK he realizes what he could loose if he did it again. He says he really wants to live an honest life, to find meaning, and he promises (once again) that for sure, this time is different and he won't mess up. There's this guy who had a cruch on me... He is a mix of Chinese and Indian... I'm a Chinese... I'm hoping someone out there has a knowledge of divorce law and pensions who can give me an idea here in a rather complicated situation.

My Mother was abandoned 19 years ago by her much younger second husband. They sold houses and so on and did some arranging of finances at the time, but never actually divorced. Now, she is approaching 70 and as she is one of those women who, in her day, stayed home to look after children, has to survive on Pension Credit now. The biggest problem with Pension Credit for her is that, as a middle class woman and homeowner, she can't survive on that small amount, and she is not able to supplement her income with any work, which she would like to do (her benefit would be "docked").

Now I wonder how much she would benefit (no pun intended!) if she was to make contact with her separated husband and arrange a divorce. As he is 20 years her junior and won't be at pension age for a long time yet, would she be entited to any pension from him? No kids.
