I'm in seventh grade. There's this girl i've liked for about 5 months. I didn't really know her or anything, until this guy that set next both of us stole her purse and I got back for her a couple of times. Since our lockers are right next to each other, we often talk there, but just pretty much about school. Sometimes when I say/do something funny, she turns from wherever she's looking and laughs at it.(But that kinda is normal.)Or if I'm talking to someone, she sometimes comes in from nowhere. Often at her locker she looks in her mirror and fixes her hair, mainly when I'm around. I don't think either of us is hinting at it enough to know, but I've been single all my life so far, and I think she has too, so its harder to tell. I've heard a lot of guys have liked, but I don't think she's playing hard to get, I think its that those guys were all weird.We have a lot in common, but I really just don't know.

well it sounds like she could like you...it is definantly a possiblility. i say play up the game lol be a little more obvious but not overly flirty because thats just creepy lol anyway good luck!

Well, she definitely doesn't dislike you, or she'd keep away from you when you're around and when you're at your locker. From what you've said, I think she does like you, and I know this can be so easy to say but very hard to do, but try to pluck up the courage and ask her whether she'd like to meet up out of school/college. Cinema, cafe, just to walk & chat somewhere etc. You've just got to take the risk. If you wait for her to suggest something, you could be waiting a very long time. Time which you could be enjoying together. 'A faint heart never won a fair lady'....go for it & good luck!

...all girls are different, some fix their hair and put make-up on for their sake to feel nice on the inside, but some girls put make-up on and fix their hair for guys. but in your case i cannot tell. but one thing i can tell for sure is that if she laughs at something that you did funny she obviously is trying to make a conversation or get to know you more. the first step you should take is to get to know her even more, like for a week or so try talking to her more and then ask her out and see how it goes, but don't make anything happen too fast...
