okay so imma make this as short as possible..

me and my dad havent had a relationship in many years because we cant see eye to eye.
he thinks im completely worthless and i'll never get anywhere in life..

well, my mom recently discovered that she doesnt have feelings for him anymore and she wants to seperate..*after all hes put her thru*
she confronted him yesterday (after a month of not saying a word to each other)(she wont even sleep in their room with him) and she told him ysterday how she feels..

he said as soon as he gets settled down with his job he'll find somewhere else to live..

even tho ive said i hate my dad many times, my heart is broken.

even tho i know when they arent together anymore our lives will be much more peaceful.

have i caused this?..
i feel like somethin is missin in my life and it hurts..

i havent spoke to him in SO LONG.
(and yes we do live in the same house together)

When my Wife and I got married, both our parents had arguments and ended up not liking each other. Natural to us, we both took each of our parents side. Result of all these things, I don't like her parents and she doesn't like mine. I have been however trying very hard to be nice to her parents and hoping one day everything will work out. But since we got married my wife has been pushing back on my parents more and more. My parents are old and they need me, they like her too. For her tho, they can never say/do anything right. Over time she yelled at them asking them not to talk to her, then never wanting to see their faces and then that they cannot visit me etc. All this while her parents were doing normal in law stuff , bcos I was not going to be like her. A week after "no visit rule" her Dad was calling and I refused to speak to him, my response to her pushing back on my parents. I love them all and It doest seem right to go tit for tat, but what else can I do?

I think this girl likes me, but i'm not sure. We made eye contact, but we didn't smile. Than next day we made eye contact again and she smile at me. I saw her at lunch siting by herself and I talk to her. She brought up that she has a boyfriend and saids he's doing bad in school and stuff. We talk about other stuff too. So I thought she didn't like me, but when I see her in the halls I always catch her looking at me. So I don't know if she is searching for a new boyfriend or she just wants to be friends. What do you think?

One of my friends calls me an annoying nickname. It's practically the 1st half of my real name, and some of my other friends think it's hilarious. How can I get her to stop calling me that? I'm afraid I'll hurt her feelings if I tell her to stop. thanks!

Here's the situation. My hubby & I talked about our child & I moving in with my parents several hours away. I thought it might be ok the first night we talked about it weeks ago but since then I am completely against it & he knows it. He is set on it & has already given notice to our apartment that we will be leaving next month. His reasons for us leaving is that he never sees us anyway b/c he's always working & the other reason is to save us money. He will be moving in with one of his coworkers & be paying cheaper rent. I told him we could find cheaper places & I even found some. He says that a cheaper place won't help & that we already discussed this & now I am being difficult. He says later on when he stops working so much we can move back but it seems like that will be awhile. It looks like I will be leaving against my will, but don't know if I would/should come back if asked to. He says it is not a breakup though! Opinions, please! I don't know what to make of all this!

We also have two more from his previous marriage and we our expecting our next in October. He is great with the kids buts says that he need a break and I am at a loss as to what to tell him I work so he says that is my break. And he is home stuck all day! We have two vehicles so he can go places.

It is so stupid that I cant drink and I am an 18 year old man. I am just as mature as any other man in this world. I think it is age discrimination. Sometimes us guys just wana drink to escape reality or to have fun at a party. We 18 year olds are mature, just like every other adult. This law that you have to be older than 21 makes me so mad. I wish I could kill the guy who decided it (if he isnt dead yet).

I live at Ft. Campbell, Ky. now and am looking for the Smith family I lost several years ago after we were all at Ft. Rucker Al. Terri, Eddie, Sissy, Allie and Boo. Well, even though I'm sure this question is asked quite often, I'm wondering, does he? Sometimes I think he does because he always sits by me in class when we can sit wherever we want, such as when we were watching a movie, he always sits by me and not by anyone else. And he always mimics things I do, not in a bad way, but like if I'm lying on the floor, he copies, or I'm sitting normally he copies. And he likes playing footsie with me, like mess with my foot with his foot. Help?

I know I have depression, I'm on meds, I've struggled with it for the majority of my life. Lately my depression has gotten worse, and I don't know if it just means it's time to up my meds or if it's life circumstances that are making me feel this way. I have a 1.5yr old, and have been married for almost 3 years. We don't fight, he's a great dad, he loves me, sex is ok, he works shift work, I work days, so we don't see each other much. In the past few months I've started questioning whether we should be married, or if we'd just be better friends. I find I'm pulling away from him, I don't let him get close to me, but I'll let other people get close. I've just ended a "friendship" with a guy that would be considered close to an emotional affair. Yes, that makes me sad, but that came after the feelings of an inadequate marriage. I need to know if anyone else with depression has been through this, and have you sabatoged your marriage, or how did you cope? I feel so self destructive

kk..so we've been goin out for 4 and a half months and its the most amazing relationship ever....every1 thinks we are the cutest couple and we cant stop thinking about the future we have together...we are in our senior year at high school...In her last relationship, her "first love", she was cheated on and has yet too fully recover. Like when we were dancing the other day, she heard a song that she said was her and her ex's song, and started to cry..basically everytime shes reminded of her past, it hurts her like crazy and then shortly after she'd apologise for crying, because she says she cant control it and everything would be back to normal.....I know we love each other, but anyone have any experiences with this? PLZ helpp
