Life goes on, whether you're with him or not. Try to meet other people, and hang out with your friends a lot. Dont let a boy destroy your life. Honestly, they aren't worth it, and you dont matter to them half as much as they matter to you. The whole point of true love is to find someone that you love more than yourself. If you were both sick, you'd get up and help him, even though it makes you feel even worse than he does. Try to find someone that you can love like that, and hope they love you back.

Right now you're probably hurting and feel like you will never be able to get over him, but trust me, you will! Just spend time with family and friends, and try to keep yourself busy so you don't sit around and think about him. Time heals all wounds and you will eventually get over him. There are many fish in the sea!
