I did this once myself. It's an awful situation you're in so I totally understand. If you don't love your girlfriend, which I'm sure you don't much since you cheated on here...you might think u do...but u don't....make sure you get rid of her. If you guys get in a fight she'll always bring your mistake up. She may forgive you but she won't forget. Girls don't forget stuff like that. Just try to be her friend. There's really nothing you can do to resolve that buddy...I hate to tell you. I spent a while with a girl after i did the same thing and it felt bad. I'm glad I'm out of that...my advice to you is never cheat again and be a faithful man to ur next girlfriend(s)

Make her know that you are really sorry. You made a mistake, and here are the consequences. If you girl truely loves you, she will, IN TIME, forgive you. But dont expect it to be that easy. If she really loves you, she will have a hard time to swallow it all in. I mean, would you? Try. Go to her, and tell her how sorry you really are and that you'd do anything to win back her trust and forgiveness. As a girl, I know that we are emotional, we cling on(I cling on) to little things(as a matter of speaking......) because whether you know it or not, it matters. Give her time, while letting her know that you love her, and it is a mistake. If God can forgive us, when we have turned our backs on him and he has given us SO MUCH THINGS, then, IN TIME, she will sure look over it and forgive you. But once you say sorry, you MUST NEVER make the same mistake again! The 2nd one will hurt more than the 1st and it will cost you more trouble. Truely, you will lose her. It really depends on her. But if she is a forgiving person, dont take advantage of that. RESPECT and care.
If you do happen to not get that 2nd chance, I hope you have learned your lesson. I'm not trying to make you feel bad, I'm just telling you the truth.

There's nothing you can say to fix this. She's probably going to have a hard time trusting you since you jeopardized your relationship to have sex with a girl that you supposedly didn't even care about. If you care about your girlfriend, why would you do that to her. Put yourself in her shoes... what would you do if she cheated on you???
She's going to need time to get over this, and you are going to have to do everything you can to build her trust again. If she's worth it you'll do whatever it takes.

Forget her and move on. And learn something.
A monkey was crossing the railroad when a train went by and cut off a piece of his tail. He bent over and another train cut off his head. Moral of the story: Don't lose your head over a piece of tail.

You blew it; apologize and tell her you were an idiot then give her time to get over it, and if she won't give you another chance, well maybe you won't do that to the next girl.
