I can talk to him just fine on the phone,but face to face I get nervous

Being talkative to your b/f is the last thing he wants. Guys like girls that are quiet unless it is in the bedroom.

Well it sound slike you might be worried what you might say to him when you see him may come out dorky or embarrassing so you feel more comfortable on the phone. But hey, its cool. You don't have to be chatter boxes when you are together. Maybe its just enough for you to be together and see each ther. Maybe thats all the talking you need to do in person :-)

the more time u spend wit him face to face the more comfortable u will be around him. and then u will be able to talk to him w/o bein nervous!

It's normal at first.
When you know you're going to see him, think of some things you'd like to talk about before hand, to avoid awkward silences.
Apart from that just try to be yourself :)

OMG that happens to me the same way!
i always jsut ask him wats on his mind and then he says something that turns into a topic to talk about

MAKE a list of things to talk about. AND at school ask the other girls what are good things to talk about. THEn check your notes in your purse from time to time . good luck

learn to like the **** he does. when you're around him, FORGET 100% all about the **** u like. FOODS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS. when you are going on a date together. make him come up to your room, and pick out your outfit and WEAR WHATEVER HE PICKS OUT, EVEN if its a current fashion NO NO. Consider EVERYTHING
that he likes, wants, and needs, even above your own health. this will give you guys more to talk about.
