The Adult Protective Services help the Elderly that are being abuse, but who helps the person who is being abused by the elderly??? I know someone who is stressed out and afraid to even
go to her own home, where she has her mother living with her. Is there any kind of assistance here for this type of situations? Tnis person is really a sweet person who took her mother in to live with her after her mom was hospitalized, and insisted she didn't want to live alone. Her other daughters didn't take her, and it looks like none of her children want to take her. It appears that both mother and daughter are not happy together...

my soon to be ex.wife wants me to stop child support on her. The state started taking money out her check.She 3 month in the rears with her child support.Now she have to paid child support,car payment,lawyer and her parents to stay at their house.After paying all them poeple she clears less than 100.00 a month. Plus we have to wait 6 month to go to court for divorce.I file for divorce against her in 2004 but i didn't follow though.I thought she wanted to patch up the marraige. She came back to the marraige and save her money and got a lawyer.The kids want us to get back together.I told my wife no matter what happens me and you have to raise the kids together.You have to choose the streets or your family.2nd if you come back I'm not going to drop the child support against you.

I am not into playing games, i am a one man women but i have got myself into a situation. i left my husband 2 years ago because of various things that drove us apart, i had fallen out of love with him too. i started seeing a guy who i'd known a few years ago, and i fell head over heals for him. i still am really in love with him, he is my best friend. but he got jealous because my ex-husband was phoning all the time, every time the phone went he thought it was him, and he had an affair. i broke up with him, because the trust had broken down for both of us. but i still love him a year later. meanwhile, my ex has been calling wanting to get back and i have felt the beginings of having feelings again for him. i am single, but they both talk to each other. i was told by both of them about a conversation they had, my ex-husband said 'i love her more than anything in the world, and my ex-boyfriend said 'then you know how i feel' i love them both in a way, they are friends too and it's hard.

Ok me and that freshman I talked about mite date. Ok he got my name from a friend who is friends with me. I know him but he doesn't totally know me. ok my girl of nearly a year is starting to make me wonder.......
she has told me she loved me but acts like this...
tells me that this relationship is a full time job and she already has a full time job. Then the next day she is calling me asking me to take her to the airport.!Another time she told me I was clingy because I call her most days to see how she is, then again the next day she is emailing me to go and pick up (pay for aswell) a necklace that she reservered in a shop.
I treat this girl like a princess,give her lots of love, she eats at the best resturants, she never has to pay for anything. I also take her child out aswell to concerts etc. All this and I am also 10 years younger than her. Its not a bad deal.We have had really good times together over the last year, fun and laughs. But these situations keep comming up. Could it just be that time of the month? She does have a stressful lifestyle. I have supported her in every way possible. Girls are her actions normal?

My fiance and his mum still has photo's of his 1st girlfriend, a few of them are her by herself, them as a couple, and others when they were at family meals, weddings etc. They aren't on display, all are kept away in a photo box...

But they split up over 4years ago...

..I am unsure whether I should say anything, or leave it. I feel now we are engaged his past should be the past...

..I have deleted and thrown away all photo's of my ex, when I got into this relationship, out of respect of my partner.

He doesn't speak about her, and I know he doesn't have any feelings for her... so why the photo's?? He has had a few relationships between this ex and me... so I guess his other ex's didn't mind, BUT i do in a way...

She has consistently violatated our divorce decree which is why I filed in the first place. She refuses co parenting counseling.Where I live the judge has to review it to make sure it is valid. He signed off on it and returned it to my lawyer and the Marshal who served my ex wife. The idea for doing this was for her to cooperate in the best interests of the kids.We presently have joint custody with primary residence at her house. Even though she was served with the papers she continues the same behavior as before. She claims to love the kids and care about them but she can actually lose custody of the kids if she continues even before the court date.I would truly like a peaceful coexsistence with my ex wife. Why would someone not change their behavior when faced with such serious consequences?

So this is my situation - I am 19 years old and still a virgin - I'm not very experienced at all, as I was only allowed to start dating when I turned 16 and have never been in a serious relationship. I believe that sex is still something that should be shared with someone who you love and have been with for a while - I have never been a person who would take part in just "casual sex" - clearly lol. Is this a huge turn off for guys? Lately I've only been meeting guys who are quite experienced and this makes me nervous - especially since most people often enough don't believe that I've never had sex before. I'm just starting to see a guy who I know is quite experienced - when is it appropriate to tell him that I've never had sex before? He already assumes that I'm a "good girl" and he's really okay with that...but I don't think he's aware that I'm still a virgin. Any help in this area would be muuuuch appreciated lol.

Last night I went shopping with my wife...

The store we went to had a special on greeting cards...buy two, get one free.

My wife purchased SIX sympathy cards in an attempt to 'stock up' on them.

I was disturbed by this action...I asked her about it and she could only justify it by saying it was a 'good deal'.

How on earth could she buy all these cards at once...is she going to keep them in a drawer and wait to use them??

Besides, how do you know what card to buy until that person actually passes???

Is anyone else disturbed by this?

my husband knows i want a divorce he makes$4000 a month and is going to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. his lawyer said to wait on the divorce until after. also in order to file bankruptcy he has to cut his pay in half. which he owns his own co. i think that is going to hurt the amount of child support and alimony i am going to get. i dont work so i cant afford a lawyer.please someone help!!!

Everytime we hang out it is always the same thing. We watch a movie, turn off the lights afterwards, cuddle for a bit, then start making out which leads to her room and we start having sex. Everything but Intercourse.
