This girl Tricia was in the office the other day and I walk in, and my boss Tom out of nowhere says "Hey Sammy, Tricia has been talking about you...come on Trish...look into his eyes and tell him..." and she immediately goes into the corner and covers her face with both arms, and she starts smiling so hard, and tries to laugh but nothing came out of her mouth. She is outgoing so it was weird seeing her act that way. Does this mean she likes me?

I like this one guy at my school but I am not sure if he is gay or not. He keeps smiling at me but and its hard to tell if he is gay or if he is just being friendly. Its really hard to tell tho. I like him alot. Sometimes my friend friends give me advice but they really suck. I try smiling at him too and he looks shy or something to smile back. I always see him looking at me. So anyone got any advice?

i just met a guy twice. He is nice and i think he likes me. he is a foreigner living in my town.
His communication type is sending sms to my cell phone but never calls me (i dont know why). besides, he often send me sms for invitation around 1 hour before the dating time. Why cant he do it earlier, e.g few hours or even one day in advance?
Whenever he wants to invite me for cinema or coffee out, he always sends sms like " How are u" then " what r u doing now" then " would u like to go to the cinema"
why doesnt he ask " do u have time for the cinema now" and thats enough??. There is no need to send such 3 or 4 messages for that stuff., as I think.
besides, he wants to meet me at weekends only, NOT on weekdays, i.e after working hours. why is that?
What is he thinking? Is he serious? What should i do?
p.s: he is living alone and he is not married

I'm in a education program full of professors and students who seem like hypocrites. Professors preach about how to treat students as individuals but treat us with coldness and indiscretion. My fellow classmates seem competitive, phony, and impersonal. I feel lonely and would like to feel welcome in the program but don't know how to go about it. It just seems like no one wants to be friends on a personal level. I try to open up to them but they are all business-like and stuffy. What can I do to feel safe/comfortable or find some fellow friends? I don't know how I am going to survive this! Can anyone relate? Does it seem like there is no warmth/community these days? Where do you find that?

see, my friend is having a problem is the date part. lol
dont say its too early, because people have started asking already.
she doesnt kno who shes gonna go with.
she doesnt have many guy friends...

Me and my wife have been togther since we were 16, she was my first and only girlfriend, we've been togther for 9 years. I've never even so much as gone on a date with another woman. I've been dating a guy for two weeks, and he's invited me to see his band play tonight. Is it acceptable for me to bring a friend along? I don't want to be sitting by myself when he plays, and nor do I want to be making awkward conversations with his own friends/band member's significant others! I met a guy thru a blind date 2 months ago.
He and I had talked on the phone/emailed for a month before meeting.
We got together on short notice because of crazy work schedules.
I was dressed casually and so was he.
We had a good time I thought and even ended up making out.
Well he disappeared on me and acted very distant afterwards so I finally gave up. I was a bit sad that he didnt even want to be friends at least. I ve never had nayone turn me down as a friend. Its a depressing feeling. Well I have been losing weight and also had breast reduction surgery over the last two months.
I went from size 12 to size 4 and look younger, healthier and better overall.
I just put a new personal ad and who winked at me but the blind date guy. He also emailed me that Im looking great and where have I been. And said we should have lunch soon.
He is so full of it . Im on Windows Messenger all the time and so is he. He has been ignoring me and no is trying to pretend I disappeared.

I like a friend of mine...something happened between us...several times..
Last week I went to a party with friends he doesn't know... The day after he asked me how it was? What did I do after the party and when did I go back home...
Yesterday we went out together, with other friends...
I drunk a little bit, we were in a bar and there was a guy who was looking at me.. I gave him a sign to say "hi" to him and my friend turned immediately around to see who he was... ( I did it just because I was a little bit drunk, usually I don't do that) ;-)
Then, oustide, someone said "hello" to me... I just answered "hello", my friend turned around and told me " Do you always say hello in this way to every person you don't know?!"

Hello,
I am only 21, but in the last few years I have had horrible V Days. For the first time I met a guy who I believe will make my V Day a sensational one. I have no idea what to get him and of course he isn't helping. He claims that he doesn't want anything, but I am a very giving person and I want to show him how much I appreciate him. He is in the military and not really into sports. What in the world could he want. I need ideas and I need them fast. We are already going out that night. So I don't need plans, just gift ideas.
