i got this fine girl number but i'm way to shy think of anything to start a conversation any suggestion pls

OK, well how did u get her #? If you got it at some place or event, u can use that as a common point of interest, like 'hey how did u like that party' or something like that. without knowing how u got the number, it's hard to give concrete suggestion.

Phone conversation?
Simply start by asking her about her day. It is very very important that you listen to her. Listening is more important than you're actually doing the talking.
Ask her about the most exciting thing that happens to her that day. This usually will lead to a story and as I said before, remember to listen. Never cut her off.
You will learn a lot about her by just listening to her stories.

Smile so she sees it, walk up to her, and say HI.
If you are at a loss of words or worry that you might have a foot in your mouth, observe what she is wearing, see what she carries w/o being too nosy, look at what sort of mood she is in...comment some positive interest in her clothing, jeweltry, etc.
Worse case scenario, she doesnt like you and you have a 50/50 chance that the next woman you see is better looking than her.
Repeat, wash and rinse.

Just say HEy Wuts up or sumthing and she might start the conversation and thats when you go along with it. If she soesnt think of a topic then find out what she likes and talk bout that.

*chuckles I usually date the shy ones so this will be interesting from the guy's perspective. What I always fancied was just hearing the guy talk a bit. What I like to do is start talking about things I like and see if I can get feedback from her. Star telling things about yourself without connecting to "so I like this and that, watch this, listen to this"
Say things like "Man, I just finished watching (blank) That was (....." usually start off with something that sparks your interest. You can even talk about somthing random, something you saw and thought it was odd, funny, stupid etc.

talk about stuff that she really likes and could go on and on about forever. this will make it easy for her to talk to u. try to avoid those clique questions that can be answered in a few words cause it is very easy for those to leave the conversation feeling awkward.

if its meant to be the conversation will flow
maybe not the first time you speak to each other but if you have things in common the conversation will flow
ask her about her day, her intersests, anything really

okay this is no big secret, but girls love to talk about themselves! So talk about her....compliment her outfit, hair, eyes, smile, something. Then ask questions about what she likes to do, what music she likes etc. anything that has to do with her will work. good luck!
