I was out last night with work colleagues and a girl who I work with said she wanted to clear the air (I thought everything was ok). She said to me:

She wants us to get on at work
Told me that I should drop the 'attitude'
She wants to trust me and hopes that I don't back stab her e.g. talk about her behind her back
She wants to socialise after work i.e.get to know each other better-if work stays at work

Meaning???

Why did she feel the need to 'clear the air'???
Suggestions?Advice?

She has a Boyfriend of 2 YEARS—have heard he won’t settle with her,there is trouble bwt them.Colleagues say we have a love/hate WORK relationship and that we do flirt with each other

Says she don't do 1 night stands, told me that she’s only had 3 boyfriends,said what she looks for in blokes

Colleagues say there is tension bwt us but don't know what it is-neither do I!

The flirting has increased,smiling more,emails,inviting me to join her+mates on breaks....

My family doesn't but my husband's family does and it drives me crazy! I feel like we are the couple that does everything right and still my husband's family treats us like the outsiders. For some reason, doing the wrong thing is rewarded in his family. What I mean by all of this is they don't give credit to the ones who finish school, go to college, get married before having a family. Instead they support the ones that are not married, have multiple kids and a whole history of problems. I don't get it. My husband says they are the ones who need the help and I agree but why not invite us to family events and why do they support them more than us?

I love my fiance and want to be with him forever, but he has an anger disorder and is always yelling at me or just mad at me. He is very depressed and I just don't ever seem to do anything right everytime he gets mad he says that he is going to leave. he is not the type to leave and then relize his mistake and come crawling back. I am finding it hard to talk to him because everytime I do he says that I am running my mouth and I just get yelled at more. He is also a bit of a freak in bed and wants me to sleep around and send him pictures of it, which there is no way I could ever do that. Does anyone have advise on what to do? Leaving him is not an option.

I am in college and have hadproblems in the past such as a major eating disorder, destructive behavior, depression, out of control behavior..la da da. And my parents have been my rock...stuck by me through it all...believed in me, gave me chance after chance. In recovery, I realize that family is all that is real to me in this world. I can't imagine a world without my parents. I think I would die without them...not because they do everything for me...just because they're my parents. How do I show them that I am grateful..without beating into their heads everytime I talk to them..you know I say thank you for everything. I really want them to see that I love them.

It started yesterday, when I got a guy's e-mail from my class from my friend and she told me to add him and I did. I asked him why he wanted my e-mail and said I didn't think anything wrong with that and ur part of my class whyt not have you as a resource if i need help ever *wink*

I am so tired of trying to find that one special guy. I thought I had found him but, I was wrong. I want to be in love. I have been single all of my life. I have tried almost everything. I get out and have a good time but it seems like no guys that I take interest in are interested in anything but just friends. I want something more. I want to know what it feels like to have a guy call you three times a day just to see how you are doing, or who will grab me by the waist and kiss me and tell me they love me. It hurts so much to see my friends in love and me still single...I don't know maybe I'm cursed to walk the earth alone.

Well i have no clue what is wrong with me. See everyone keeps tellin me that i am beatiful and so do boys. I am 15, blonde hair, no acne, i am 5'3 and skinny but not scary skinny,and I am funny but serouis. So guys what do you think. We've been really happily married but she says she cant fit in in UK and also that I dont earn enough and she likes beautiful things - Ive done everything to make it work I can think of, i do a day job which pays £40k, a Sunday job that pays £10k more, I run property that brings in £25k and Im building up a network marketing business.
When Im not working Im looking after my daughter (7-10 every night), or taking them out on weekends or evenings. In the meantime she doesnt work except as mother, has my mother in law doing 3/4 of the mothering anyway as she lives with us, she has learnt some english but its a battle to get her to do a couple of hours study a month, and shes made zero Uk friends in 5 years (just about 3 from her native country)

Despite that we do get on fantastically, we are really massively in love (and im not dellusional - i promise) , but i dont see how i can earn any more - what do i do?

I have been with my current boyfriend for a little over 5 months. For the last two weeks, he and I have talked only twice. I haven't seen him in 3 weeks. Our relationship has been kind of shaky because of this.
On Saturday and (Super Bowl) Sunday I got to hang out with one of my really close friends. He is an ex of mine from a few years ago. As of late, he's been talking to me about how much he misses me and how he regrets us breaking up. He would like for me to give us another chance; I really want to, and I've been thinking about breaking up with my current boyfriend because he and I never get to see each other.
I love both of these men. They both love me back.
What should I do?
Should I stay with my current boyfriend and hope he cleans up his act, or should I give my ex another chance?
Please help me.

It is a crush but not as simple as that. It all started because he helped me with something and I am grateful to him. Very drawn to him. This semester he is not in any of my classes and I don't run into him that often anymore. Even when we do, we only say hi and sometimes we don't even do that. I think destiny is just not on my side and I think I will never be with him. But I can't accept it. I have been seeing him talk to this girl a lot recently and I feel pain when I see him laughing and smiling with her. I am so tired of trying to run into him so that we can finally talk to each other but I think it will never happen. I want to give up on him and I really feel for him. I think I am just paranoid but I think they will be an item soon. I think he may forget me soon since we don't talk anymore. He did like me last semester but I guess not that much.

How do I get over him? I am lulling into semi depression now. I find it awkward impossible to go up to talk to him actually. help?
