I hate school & doing homework! The only reason I go to school is to see my crush. He's all I ever talk about & think about when I go to school. If we had a class over him, heck I'd get straight A's! But unfortunately...thats not how life is. So I'm trying to push him out of my mind and focus on my schoolwork cuz once I graduate, he probly won't even matter to me anymore. So I want to get good grades so I can get into a good college cuz I want to go to a Universty...I don't want to end up going to a community college. Thats just not good enough for me. And I'm not trying to diss anyone who went to a community college, I'm just saying thats not the thing for me. I just need advice on becoming more organized & making a schedule for all my homework. I feel like I'm being piled with homework all at once & I feel like I can't keep up. I'm failing a couple classes & I'm sick of people thinking I'm dumb. How can I make myself smarter???

Original question by Sleepiselusive ended in a tie and I think this question is important enough to bring up again. That and it wouldn't let me post an answer because that question was closed. Here is my solution:

The way I look at it there are two main reasons people get divorced. Monetary problems and Adultery. I believe a marriage contract should include the following for both parties involved: The party that is shown to be involved in acts cheating(needs to be clearly defined) will not benefit in anyway monetarily and will be made responsible for paying damages to their betrayed partner.

This way over time the cheaters will pay dearly for their cheating and the honest people will benefit and prosper.

Ok. I live with my boyfriend. We have been together for over 2 years. He got divorced after we met. He has a 5 year old daughter. We only get to see his daughter twice a month because she lives 30 mins away. We are considering trying to get a lawyer to get custody. Do you think we have a case?

1. DHS has been called on the mother a couple times before and all they said was that the child had clothes, food, and shelter, so there's no case.

2. The mother drinks beer while driving with the child.

3. The mother leaves the child in the vehicle while she runs into WalMart.

4. The mother broke up with her bf and blew up his truck on her property and had the child be the lookout.

5. The mother's bf gave the child a BB Gun at the age of 4, and recently bought her a new one.

All of these offenses, I believe to be completely inappropriate. What do you think? Do we have a case?

I have been seeing a guy for five months and he calls every day and talks for hours. I thought he might be seeing other women but because he calls so much and tells me everything about his day and asks about mine I think he may be falling in love and not interested in anyone else. i went out with this guy for about 1 year and a half. we broke up during highschool and i never talked to him again. later on i found out he cheated on me the whole time with my best friend. i was devestated i cryed forever. since then ive always wondered why he did it. i finally got over it and started going out with this new guy. we been together for a little over a year and i love with so much! but i always get crazy jealous when hes out with his friends and having fun just because i think hes guna cheat like my last bf did. i know he'd never do it i trust him but i cant help but worry, he gets annoyed because i always tell him i dont know if i can trust him .. do u think its wrong? should i just let it go .. or am i not crazy for being jealous cauz i got hurt before?
