I wanted to learn chinese so I figured I should get some chinese friends and hang out with them. Finally, I found someone who was willing to help me. The whole time, I was helping her with her English and other homeworks. I was always smsing her asking her if she needed help and I was ALWAYS there for her. She never seemed to have time to teach me chinese though... Only once in a while...

Somehow along the way, I began to have feelings for her. She told me how that she worked 4 days a week and that her family was a wreck. She was the GO TO girl in her family.

She never told me that she had a boyfriend or anything, so one day, I told her that I cared about her and that I wanted to help her even more. That was the last day of school.

She never spoke to me since...

So... She hardly ever took time to teach me chinese, I always helped her with her work. We had good relations (conversations, respect for eachother... etc)

Now... She could care less about me.

WHY?

my ex and i broke up a few months ago but we still see each other often......we still only hook up with each other and no one else.....he says its better if i move on, but if i were to even try to talk to another guy he gets all jealous and would hate me forever......i don't get it

OK, here is the delema. When I met my b/f 3 1/2 yrs ago he was paying his ex a huge amount of money for child support and arrearage (60% of his paycheck). He's not a deadbeat dad he just made a mistake. After our son was born the courts so generously dropped her take down to 50%. Now after more than 4 years and 3 months in jail over this the arrearag is paid and his oldest child has turned 18.

The problem is that because she gets so much of his money we barely make enough both working full time to pay our bills so there is no way we can even think about hiring a lawyer. His court appointed lawyer won't return his calls. And he tried filing the papers himself and was told that his lawyer had to do it.

She used to drag him into court every 3-6 months for a "review" but now that her free ride is about to end she is in no hurry to get into court again.
We can't afford to hire a lawyer, he can't do it without a lawyer and his appointed lawyer can't be bothered. What do we do?

My parents are alot strict, and i dont know what to tell them. I mean, i have this wonderful girlfriend and we have been together for almost 2 years. I want to purpose to her this summer or near the end of this year, but i dont know what to tell my parents. I was just going to not anouce until i was 17, but i am afraid they will find out from someone else. I am very confused. I know you might not want me to be this young, but i love her so much and nothing is going to seperate us. And if we truly do love each other why wait another year or two. If we are meant to be together, God will supply a way for us. After high school, i was going to move in with her and her mom, b-c the college we want to attend is very close to them. Then after college, we were going to find a place to live on our own. I want to be a pentecostal preacher, so God will find a way if we are meant to be. So my ? is what should i tell my parents!!!

ok, this guy i liked alot started talking to me all of a sudden, we dated, went places, i went to his house, he went to mine, he told all of his friends that he liked me, and i found out that he never stopped talking about me. but a month and a half went by and i had only gotten a couple of hugs from him. i kind of liked the thought of goin slow so i was just patient and went along with it. well one day he all of a sudden told me he like somebody else. but he still liked me and all. well he started goin out with her. i was devastated cause i liked him so much. he never really had a girlfriend, so i understood. but i was kind of confused. my friends just told me that he was intimidated, not to mention that his new gf is butt ugly...how do i win him back???

Stay together or Divorce? this is painful for me on many levels.
I have been married 3 years. I was completely awestruck with her prior to our marriage. We fought some , but I always figure out how to make up for it. We have a son now of 2 years. I cannot recall the last time we DIDN'T fight. I have also found myself looking at other women and then feeling really bad that I am with my wife. I have thought about what the freedom would like to just be on my own again. I fake that I am satisfied to keep peace in the house. And I don't want to be a failure, I also don't want my son to be in a broken home. And RELIGIOUSLY, I don't believe in divorce except for Adultry. She's not going to cheat on me....I'm stuck, if I divorce then I cannot re-marry later on in life. I feel like I am soffocating....

I've been out with this guy twice to a social gathering. I initiated the first outing, the second one he asked me about. We talk non stop on the ride there, during the gathering and on the ride home. There is always talk flirting but nothing physical. The first outing I got a hug when I first saw him and then when he was leaving. The second time I didn't get a hug at all and he left the car kind of quickly. He didn't act any different when we were talking at the second outing so I didn't get any vibes that he was in a hurry to leave my presence. But I'm still not sure why he got out of my car quickly.

I love him and used to be very in love with him. We were living together and I tried everything to make him happy. Then I found out he gave his new cell # to his ex. A girl he dated last year when we broke up last year.
We have been together off and on 6 years. I care about him and we are close. I don't know if I am ready to hurt him right now. I kicked him out when I found the ex was calling, it hurt my feelings since he was always gone anyway and never took me. I figured he can go hang with her. He swears nothing is going on and he does not want her he wants me.
Can it be possible to live together just as friends? Or should I just go on? I am 26 and he is 22.
He wants to know why I don't call him and sounds sad. That makes me feel sad. But I don't know what to do. Try again, or just be friends with him.
