If it is just you and your spouses bed. Keep your mouth shut, get a detective set up a video camera and catch him in the act. Adultery is a felony in some states. Make sure you clean out the checking account and savings account before you confront your soon to be ex.
If this is your partner and there is no other that is to be in your life, and you do not use condems do the same thing as above.
if this is a relationship that you swing. Then why do you care.

Well we need more details. Are you married? Is there anyone else in the house who might have left it there?

If it's just you and hubby ya you've gotta have a talk with him.....

btw I knew someone who had his toilet backing up all the time. Called a plumber and the plumber found like 100 condoms that had been flushed. It's how he found out what his wife did while he was at work. Yikes.

Depending on who had access to my house/bed? If the only one it could belong to was my boyfriend or spouse I would kick them to the curb.

Ask questions ... who lives in your house? If you have a wife, ask her. If you have a son or daughter ask them. But, of course it will be a 50/50 chance you won't get a straight answer.

If it is used I would throw it in the trash can. If it is not used put it back in the night stand drawer for next time.
