ok so there is this girl i like more like love and she has got a boy freind but when he is not around she is all nice to she likes hugs me and gives me kisses not on the lips but what do i do dose she like me or is she just being nice what should i do ask her out or just let her be

You can't ask her out while she's got a boyfriend, unless you enjoy getting punched in the face. You can either 1.) forget it until she's single, and wait until she is, or 2.) move on completely.
Remember, if she wanted you bad enough, she'd dump her current bf.
