Hi,

Can please anyone help.

I got divorced last year. At the moment am in abroad and I wanna get marry here but thing is the court here not approving my decree absolute. They saying the decree must have a signed by a judge, but my decree only have a county court stamp.

Can please anyone let me know whether UK decree absolute need to be sign by Judge or stamp is sufficient.

Any reply highly appreciated.

Mediation is likely to fail. She wants all the power of what direction the raising of our girls is to take. She belittles me to the girls and down talks our way of life to them. I just want to be able to see my girls more than the 3 nights a fortnight she allows me to have them. I would like to resolve this situation asap without it getting messy for anyone involved.

I don't expect many people have come across this. Has anyone had this situation? Their boyfriend/husband attacks them, a classic domestic violence situation. Then, he leaves. Then, he files for custody of the children, makes up a pack of lies. The court can't see the wood for the trees. He uses the court to cause pain and suffering to the mother and children. The court is fooled.
Took me years to sort this out.
How would you get over something like this?
Only in England - or does it happen everywhere?
If he hadn't had legal aid, he couldn't have done it. The loser didn't even have a job.

Basically

Im all sorts of out of wack...

Theres this guy, and I want him more then anyother guy i've ever wanted.

I mean all i'd ever do with guys is want them until i had them and I have him and I want him more then ever. I've never had my heart crushed so many times then with him, just to be with him, I went through hell. I've given more then I thought I would ever to this man. I don't know what it is, its crazy, and I can be myself with him, be crazy, stupid, relaxed, annoying, anything, and he still comes around. What the hell. I mean whats going on. He doesn't care if i'm wearing no makeup or in my pajamas he still thinks im beautiful. It doesn't matter to him. He wants to take care of me when i'm sick, make me happy. I want to make him happy. Isn't that a shock? I mean Tara, Brittani, and Tati all know me, this is so out of character. I have so much fun with him, even if it's just lying around watching movies all day in bed, we have fun BEING together. You know what bothers me? I CRAVE to talk to him, to be with him, and he has my heart. Whats going on? The tears i've cried for this man. The moments we've shared. He's so sweet and kind, We danced in his room just randomly, that was so special. I'm falling for him so hard, and it's scaring me BIG TIME. I don't let myself get close to boys, they are crazy and heartbreakers. Yet for him, i'm more then willing to take that chance. I don't think I have a choice, my heart has already chosen. I've never felt so special then I do when I'm with him. I have my attitude problems and he LAUGHS at me, I mean c'mon a guy that laughs at you when your mad, he makes me laugh then too. I remember we were in his car and I said I wasn't talking to him anymore, and he was like WHAT? You can't not talk to me... FINE then i'm not talking to you. I was like uhm uh no, it doesn't work that way. We have our own special drink, The Welch's Juice, yeah lol we celebrate with that. I don't know how he knows me so well, oh but he does. He reads my mind, he knows when i'm upset, and he NEVER lets me keep it to myself. He is just plain amazing. How was he not already taken? Oh well he told me that one already, he didn't want anyone, he leaves in march to go back to Michigan, My birthday exactly, how ironic? He said I came and messed up all of his plans, he wants me, he wants to be with me. How could something this fantastic happen? Can I be happy with him, being with him, and actually having a serious relationship? I never have, never wanted to, but he changed my mind. I don't even LOOK at other guys, they don't concern me at all. I have the one I want.

I have no CLUE to even BEGIN to think I know what love is.

I don't know what THIS is.

But I'm sure going to see this through, for the first time, this is something real.

Wow.

I'm definately not being the me I know.

i hv always lvd a guy for almost 4 yrs but never uttered a word 2 him. and 2 months ago he himself proposed to me. a week ago i went with him on someone's party &after that day he started ignoring me. my frendz sugestd 2 me that maybe he was just using me as thrash but still i wasn't convincd and i grew sad day by day. i then saw him somewhere in a park all alone and just went to him and instead of speaking started crying. and later asked " whatz wrong with you guys?" & he said after a long time" i saw u hugging and taking flowers frm some boy in the party" and then i realised & told him that it was my cousin bro who was 1 yr younger 2 me. & then i angrily asked him why didn't he call me & clarify the doubts & he said "so that ur parents don't know about us as u use ur mom's cell but i did email u" & i actually didn't open my account frm the day he went away frm me.i just said 2 him "you all men r the same & go away"& since didn't speak 2 him but miss him he did apologize no.of timz.

My cousin just turned 17, my grandparents have raised her since she was 6. (both parents have drug problems) She does that "cutting" stuff, she's been drinking a bottle of niquil a day, and takes about 10 of those BC powder things. (these are things they've just found out)
Along with those she smokes cigarettes, used to (or still might) smoke pot and drink.
She's supposed to have 20 credits in school, but because of classes she's failed she only has 10!

What can they do about her? Grounding doesn't work, they've tried medications but she won't take them. Our family is really confused right now and could use some outside advice.

you see so many people on here saying men are dogs...liars...blah blah that im honestly despairing of the fact that you ladies seem to find it so hard to find any nice qualities in men....so come on tell me 5 things...about men in general...not neccessarily your man...(though if you get stuck i guess that will have to do)... ...that you think are great ...

My ex girlfriend has started to call my cell phone and becoming close friends with my wife. I left this ex for my wife 6 years ago me and this ex were promised to get married. We were together for six years when i cheated on her with my now wife. She(the ex) tells me not to tell my wife that she has called. I wanted to know what do you guys think should i tell her to not call me or should i be friends with her? Thing thing she asks is "why would (my wife) get mad if we are just friends?what we can't be firends" then she says she wants to have lunch and i told her i would have to talk to my wife and she hung up on me.

In our country I feel that many matrimonial bureaus are trying to divide us on the basis of caste. Agree or disagree? If they don't divide us on the basis of caste then they will not get any money. I feel this is the reason many matrimonial bureaus are trying to divide us on the basis of caste. Caste is some thing like this - People who live in upper house belong to upper-caste. People who live in lower house belong to lower-caste. Or is it vice-versa? Of course I am joking.
