There are some times in your life when you have to think of yourself first and others after.

You should not let any problems get you down.

Take a break, do something YOU like to do.

There is no problems that cannot be solved.

Its just that some make take longer to be resolved than others.

If the family problems are due to something You may have done, take a step back, think about it then take the best course of action.

Admit your mistakes then work them out.

If have bad times go to your temple as many times as you can. Get up early and go for a nice brisk walk. Watch some funny movies and keep yourself occupied with work most of the day. Problems do not last for ever, and wait for the good times to return. Also get the problem sorted our with your family.

depression come when we deep press our self too much in one problem
i don't know your problem dear but if u can do something 4 that problem than do it and support your family if you cannot try to make a smiling face and enjoy every bit of your life and leave it on god and just rest and take a break form your work and go out and be happy
the moment of life once gone will go for ever so

There is a technique to get out of the problems.
Assume your problem as a small stone.
If you keep the stone very near to your eyes, it will hide the entire world and you may feel that you have no solution, kept isolated.
If you keep the same stone far from your eyes, it will not hide anythind and seems tobe worthless of giving a thought of it.

just like this if you give importance to your grievances, they will even put you into more problems.

hence, always believe in god and believe in future and in future you will be out of all problems and will have a better future.

generally this happens in every ones life on some or the other day......... but we can't stop living so its better if we live happily.......
don't ever give a chance to yourself to think that you are in some depression....... you may have many problems in family but i hope you even have some loving persons at home, though not all at least some(one or two may be). so try to spend most of your time with them........who really cares for you so that you can forget your problems at least for that time when you are with them
don't sit & sob for hours b'coz that may lead to more mental stress & also spoil your health........ b'coz in such situations one should be more strong..............strong enough to face any tough situation............
so keep good health, talk with the people who can give you solace & try to maintain smile on your sweet face.........&................

you are not the only in this world having family problems,
every one has this problem some disclose ,some didn't disclose
its on you
live life like a lion ,let problem come to you but dont loose your pations
keep going
my advice is not to tell your problems to any one, try to solve it by your own .
people are not intrested in your problems
so , you also never involve in others problem

Do meditation in morning and evening for half an hour each and consult to ayurvedic doctor and continue taking medicine which is got no side effect.Also visit to near by temple for puja and think that every things is under GOD perview and his perception, nothing to worry.He will solve in time.Keep your self quiet.

Watch comedies..learn to laugh often...read jokes..be in a light mood..at the same time, work out strategies to solve your problems...and on top of all.... eat delicious food.
