At school I get teased a lot by some people because my skin color is a lot darker than most people and some people say I'm ugly. But, this isn't my only problem. Since I get teased a lot, I don't really have the urge to talk so people think it's ok to shove me in the lunch line, take away my belongings, or just act plain rude, and I don't have many friends. How can I build my self-esteem, keep people from insulting me, and make more friends? I really need your help because I can't take it any longer.

My girlfriend and I just broke up after 4 years together. During the relationship her friends always told her that she was too good looking for me... So naturally it made me the jealous type whenever she went out with her friends. I guess she got fed up with it that she broke it off with me two days ago. We bought a house together about 6 months ago, so we are both still in the same house together. I find myself wondering what she is doing all day long. How do I stop caring about what she is doing?? I just wish I could forget she exsisted.

I now know for a fact that my man has been cheating on me and know the truth to all of his lies from his friends and family. Now it is time for him to go! How do I suprisingly let him know we are over in a very up-front way so that he learns not to 'play around'? Any fun Ideas??

Thanks!

In my class there are two guys Joshua and Cameron. Joshua was going to ask me out a few months ago and didn't. Recently he just stares at me when I get in the bus and when our bus was late. His friend showed me his cellphone and he was hanging around me his friend and him were chasing each other and Joshua was hiding behind me. Also his sister is my friend. Cameron is nice to me. He and Joshua are friends, also when he saw I me he stopped, paused, and stared at me then went back. Stares at me and tries to get my attention. You be the judge which one likes me. Personally I think Cameron likes me and Joshua is over me.

I have just finished with my girlfriend of five years, very very torn up and lost.

We have argued a lot and neither of us feel like ourselves anymore.

She still loves me and I her but she has said we need to take six months apart make new friends and do new things , she wants me to stay in touch and get councelling for problems I have had, mostly bitterness and anger about loss.
She said she will date other guys but no relationships and she thinks I should see other women and even sleep with them if I wish.

She thinks there is a slight chance but by no means certain we may get back together one day ie after the six months.

She wants me to stay in touch but not too often, how do I go about this.

I love her dearly and miss her, how do I ensure that in six months we have the best chance of getting back together, how often and how should I stay in contact, six months seems like such a long time will she have moved on beyond all reach from me by than.

Please please help m

She is on a college team and I talk to her after most of her games. We have know each other for about three months. We have emailed each other twice. My real question is, in her eyes am I a fan or a friend. My parents say not to worry about it, and just play it by ear. I'm not a stalker or obsessed, it's just I can't tell when she talks to me that she's trying to do her job and get more fans at the games. Or she really wants to spend time with me. Anyone have advice for me?
well she has invited me to more games and when she comes out after her games she always seeks me out. We talk for a while and she gives me advice for things. I have asked her if she could come out to my team and help us with some plays. She has agreed. Are college athletes VERY BUSY?
im 6 years younger than her.

I know most of you don't care but I'm in fifth grade and am going on a trip with my friends at church up in the mountains where we will meet other Christian kids our age. I want to meet some new friends that I can keep in touch with...and I also want a NICE CHRISTIAN guy that might become a nice bf through my coming years of middle school. Should I go with my plan and have a great time or should I go to a piano recital which I don't like? I hope you don't judge me by my age...thanks!

My boyfriend asked me for some space to get his life back in order. He hasn't had much time for me and felt it was unfair to me and to us. He isn't interested in anyone else and neither am I. Do I give it a month? 3 months? 6 months for him to get his life together? How long should I wait before I re-evaluate the situation? I've been told I can't wait forever for someone, but I can't think of being with someone else either.

I have tried my best for 10 years to be the perfect d-i-l. I came to know recently that my inlaws have been spreading lies to their other son and relatives that I have not fed them well when they visited us 5 years ago and that I have not treated them well. My inlaws are very controlling and until my husband married me he has never said no to them for anything! From the beginning of our marriage my mil -fil have tried to create a wedge by telling my husband that he should keep his wife under"control" and tell him that they "know that he is unhappy being married to me". My husband and I have a terrific relationship but my inlaws insult me at every opportunity and have bad-mouthed us (including my parents) to everybody. He is very hurt by their behavior and talking with them ends to be a melodramatic screaming session. My inlaws have fought with every other relative including their own parents. Now their claim is that I have "separated their son" from them. How do I deal with them?
