My ex-husband refuses to pay child support and alimony even though he earns (self employed) a ton of money. He is four months behind. When it has been paid in the past it was only through intervention by Child Support Services liens. At what point will be be penalized by the state. He also has bank accounts that the FTB has not been able to detect. I suspect he is using a false Social Security card number to open the accounts. He is now trying to get his support amount reduced. He has tried this twice in the past year, both requests were denied because of his income. He is taking me to court to try again in February to try again. He can afford an attorney, I can not. He is a bully. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

It's already close to 2 months now that we've been in this relationship. I want to know how I can continually give him challenges (not overbearing) enough to make the relationship alive, fun, and seems like we're still new in the relationship (aka fire still burning). This in return will make me feel like there is a relationship happening and hopefully for him not just another accomplished goal, but a continual reach for the ultimate.

I am dating a pastor. I wasn't aware of this until our first date at which time he decided to disclose this information to me. The problem I'm having is that this man has been treating me like a yo-yo. He pulls me close and then shoves me away. Our first night out he tells me he wants to take me to his bed and love on me. Then he starts making excuses that having sex before marriage is ok and that pastors are human. I believe he should be setting a good example and not leading a double life. He meet me on an online personal website. He blocked his profile because he is well respected in his community. In other words, he doesn't want people to know about his double life. I find out last night he's been out with a lot of women the last several months. What should I do? He won't communicate with me. I haven't talked to him in over 2 days. He tells me that he loves me, but I feel like I'm being played for a fool. What is my responsibility as a person and christain?

i just spent almost 2 weeks with my Boyfriend. We live about 2 1/2 hours apart. i just came home Tuesday. i am getting a cold but not real bad. Due to some personal issues in His life He is now pretty depressed. i feel so bad for Him and i want to go be with Him again, however i don't want to give Him my cold either. Plus there's no guarantee that i won't get more sick and then He'd be the one taking care of me rather than the other way around. i really want to be there for him though. i'm just not sure what to do. ok here is the deal hubby likes (loves) for me to take control in bed. I am not really sure how to do this. He is much more experienced at this than am I and has dated so fairly freaky women. BF of three yrs broke up w/ me 3 months ago. B/c he needed time alone to straighten out his life. However, he has said that he needs me as a friend right now, and when he can date again he hopes I am there.

We both clearly still have feelings for eachother and have been spending alot of time together lately. We are flirty but have not been intimate. Its clear we are both restraining ourselves around eachother.

I was talking to this guy and he asked me if I thought he was hot. I didn't want to lie so I told him he looked nice but he just wasn't my type. My best friend of 17years has fallen out with me because i did not rejoice in her relationship.
she recently got engaged to her ex boss and she wanted me to be excited for her but i wasnt thrilled
her ex boss has recently gone bankrupt and is being investigated for fraud, he is twice divorced and has three kids that he never sees or pays child support for he has numerous creditors and friends who he owes thousands.

my friend is a professional, very responsible and very attractive young woman and this is very out of character for her
i am very confused and concerned for her
but now i am distressed because she is upset with me and wont talk my calls.
how do i mend my frienship

okay well me and this kid both like eachother and we im a freshmen in highschool hes a sophmore and we talk online all the time about just about everything there is to talk about and we made plans to hang out together alot but everytime something happends with eaither him or me and we end up not hanging out... =/ ...
