i just had a huge fight with my best friend. we have known each other for 3 years now and during the fight i through water on her and then yesterday at school she gave me back the best friends neclaces and bracelets that we had now she wont even talk to me and i am sitting here crying my eyes out. I need my best friend.

I am going to be traveling throughout Italy this summer and I am trying to convince my Mom that it is safe because she thinks I am going to be sexual harrassed or something.(My parents are kinda prudish and they think that Italian guys are too sexual and they really are freaked out about me traveling by myself.)


Questions:
-How can I get her to calm down and stop worrying about me ?
-Are Italian guys really touchy/sexual, because that's what my parents think ?

My brother and I got debate about the divorce and separated...My brother really proved to me that divorced and separated are both the same coz a couple is on the same situation they got misunderstanding in thier lives and coz of that some of them tried to separate or divorced...But for me I stand that divorced is very much different in separated coz the divorced is that have a process in a law and have some witness to sign on the paper and with a signature on a both couple who decide to have a divorced and i think in separated it wasnt as i understand that just they live separate on his or her wife,just have a little mis understood but thiers a chance that they could be together.Tell me the truth who was the right me or my brother who stand that divorce and separated is the same?

I have a girlfriend I'll call Barb. She calls me up all hours and talks so much about such insignificant things. I've endured her for sometime now. She likes to talk about herself, but doesn't want to hear about what is happening with me. I called her up, as I admit I do sometimes, to tell her something exciting that happened to me, and she hung up, never apologizing. Thought we got disconnected..so tried back. so i have known this guys for a while now and me and him are pretty good friends the only thing is that whenever we hang out we like snuggle and stuff like that. Hes a really forward guy and is kinda like that with everyone but hes more around me(or thats what my friends have said). This guy and i have been friends for over 3 years. He liked me, but i was still stuck on an ex. We then became best friends and well from there we have grew a friendship like nothing other. He's now engaged and i am right there supporting him, listening and im there when he needs me. Me and my Ex-boyfriend just kinda got back together again. But I told him that I want to be friends and that I wanted to take things slow before we rush into things again. He says he still love me with all his heart. But I don't want to commit because I fell like I'm not able to enjoy other guys. I'm pretty good at approaching women in bars, where it is expected. But, it's harder in places like coffee shops or grocery stores, where women aren't expecting to be approached. Any tips, or good icebreakers for those two situations? I guess it's also harder because we are both sober and those are quiter locations where others are likely to listen in. I just need a few good tips. How would you want a guy to approach you or talk to you in a coffee shop or store, that would be different from what you would expect in a bar?

this is rather long but I really need some advise, best answer gets 10points!!:)

Ok, my dad died 3 years ago, and in his will he stated he wanted my mom to live "comfortbly" and at her death everything to be split equally between my siblings and myself, since then my mom has wrote 5 wills,cutting out my brother completly, and leaving my cousin a significnt amount of money, she has also named her executor of the will and power of attorney over her living will,she has put her on her checkbook as well,

I feel as though she has taken advantage of my mother, but my mother cannot see that any time I bring it up she says "oh shed never take advantage of me shes a good person",

I dont really know what to do other than to talk to an attorney, so please if any one has some experience with this I would really appreciate it.

my mother is very moody, when she gets mad at one of us she threatens to cut us out of the will,
She is still living and I am going to contnue to talk to her.

Last year, when I was 12, I was a straight A student and was really cheery and always making people happy and was always around my family and just a good kid! Now this year, I am just so stubborn and bratty and never doing anything and all I can think about is guys and dating and texting friends and now I am getting terrible grades! Bunches of C's and some D's! My mom is really pissed at me too all the time and it's making me depressed because I never talk to my family because they're so mean grounding me for doing stupid things like making out which they say is wrong at my age which I think is so gay!!! I met this guy years ago thru a mutual friend. He was really funny - we didn't really hang out that much, he had a girlfriend etc, but we were acquaintances. I didn't think anything romantic about him, he was just someone cool to talk to. I moved away and we kept up chatting online a lot, about everything. The following year I went back for a visit (im a year older than him) and he invited me to his prom (as friends) during that time we hung out a bunch had fun, drank a lot, went skinny dipping - but nothing happened we just liked being stupid together. We're pretty good friends at work and sometimes I think he has feelings for me too but I'm not that attractive so I doubt that's it. He's probably one of those overly friendly people. I feel guilty about my feelings even if he doesn't return them and I'm just a mess all day long. I want - need - to stop feeling this way. I'm already looking for another job but there must be something I can do in the meantime to handle being around him.
