Ok so i have this friend (sara) who i spend most weekends and days off with, she is one of my closest but she doesn't consider me her best friend. Its really fun to spend time with her and i would consider her my bestie. Sara is close to this girl Helen, Helen lives in another state but they always talk.

I really cant stand Helen because she only thinks about herself, she uses people to get her own way, she says nasty things, shes just a real *****. All my other friends hated her too, but they dont have to hear from her anymore (They arnt friends with Sara)
Helen talks bad stuff about me to Sara but i just dont want to even hear anything about Helen anymore.
Do i get more distant from Sara? I just cant handle hearing anything about Helen anymore - she just stresses makes me unhappy

It is being a bigger and bigger problem for me every day. I love to love someone but iam a way too shy to even look at the girls. Iam 18 years old and i have never had a girl friend before, my brother keeps telling me "you are either gay or nerd". HOW CAN I TALK TO GIRLS?To be honest I used to have an internet girl friend, who i have never heared her voice or seen her pictire in a resolution bigger than 150*200, in London. and i always talked to with her about philosophy, the world after death and stuppid things like that. Cuz i couldn't talk about love things at all, even behind my computer. And I just noticed how intresting i was in her eyes because She just got married with her english boyfriend. can u believe that??? she is just 18.It just explains my damn luck. When ever i see a beautiful girl in college(so bizarre) or in a shopping mall (abundant) , i wanna cry CUZ i can't ask them out. Can u help me?

i am almost 30 years old for crying out loud. i've lived on my own for years debt free and still stress about their disapproval of me. up until a few years ago, i let their opinions change my personal decisions. i don't want them to effect this one!

i've just accepted an excellent job opportunity that will change my career path for the future. i've done all my research on it. as it turns out - better pay, better hours, better co-workers, i have not burned my bridges at the old job just in case i have to go groveling back and STILL my parents are criticizing my decision.

Me and my gf's relationship is abnormal , we live accross each others houses (normal) , we have a little brother ....My brother will not care what we say , he will follow us anywhere we go. When we have some source of privacy( mostly her room cuz her parents giv her privacy) we talk..... and now we giv hugs
but its not very good . We should have ben going out by now ..and things like that

...Basically, My ex broke up with me 12/31/06 and he called me several days ago and wants to see how am i doing lately. He told me i still have some stuff in his place (actually, i took most of my belongings back already; i guess the stuffs that left in his place are my personal shampoo, face washer...) and asked me what's my plan for the weekend...before he hang up the phone, he also asked me to help him file his tax this year.

Yes, I still misses him once awhile. No, i dont think he want to take me back. And no, i am not thinking about getting back with him again either.

My question is, what's on his mind anyway?
He called me because he misses me? is it because of guilt? is he thinking about friend with benefit? or some other reasons?
I am not a guy, so i dont know what's on guy's brain anyway...

Honestly my view is, when it come to getting a girlfriend I never really cared enough to get one in the past nor do I care to try in the present day.

I think if a girl comes into my life, thats okay but if she doesn't I don't really care.

I never cared enough to try the who getting girlfriend I also never really fell in love, or loved a girl except for looks

does that make me wierd?

I am 19 by the way.

We broke up because I caught him in another lie. It was a minor lie. He was being friends with a girl in our building and while he was with her lied about being with her and also had his phone turned off. I feel betrayed so badly that we have broken up. We have a baby together and are facing councelling. This isnt the only white lie hes told. I know he didnt cheat because he took a polygraph and passed. But its the emotional part that kills me. We are pursuing councelling and part of me thinks I over reacted because he was being her friend only ..and he hides his friendships with women from me because I get so jealous. Do you think that leaving was the right thing? Is it fine to throw away five years of being together because he wants to make friends with other women? Do any of these casual relationships even work?

im gonna be honest about myself so please dont report me.

negative:
i only go out on one night stands, i have no problem picking up hookers, i love getting drunk, i like to pop the occasional painkillers, downers, cocaine and marijuana (but i never do these drugs frequenlty enough to biuld an addiction). i tend to go for girls who have no respect for themselves and are incredibly drunk. i party constantly, im a bartender. i love to go to vegas and gamble like crazy. i have also been involved in drug orgies(only 2).

positive:
im very deep, very into philosophy, spiritual but very from from religious, friendly, loyal, funny, every woman i have had a real relationship with i have remaind loving caring and faithful and treat her with respect and like a queen. i see the world for what it realy is and dont exist in denial or delusion. i cant stand any type of organized religion.

but what do you think of me? what kind of person am i?? am i messed up?

I'm not that open of a girl, and pretty shy.. unless i know you really well and I'm not much of a conversationalist.. it's pretty hard to find things to talk to me about.. unless you're really good at talking about anything..

recently this guy friend of mine, who I was so counting on to go to Jr Prom with me, has asked this girl out. Meaning that probably they are going to get to gether and therefore he wont be able to go as my date...

I've been trying to find a decent date, but the thing is, Ive wanted to go with someone i KNow i'll have a good time with. and i cant think of or find anyone that will

i'm shy ans scared that if i go alone no boys will ask me to dance or whatever and i'll just be standing/sitting there. My group of girl friends dont have dates, but that does not make me feel much better...
