How do u ... or how do u know????

Me and my gf's relationship is abnormal , we live accross each others houses (normal) , we have a little brother ....My brother will not care what we say , he will follow us anywhere we go. When we have some source of privacy( mostly her room cuz her parents giv her privacy) we talk..... and now we giv hugs
but its not very good . We should have ben going out by now ..and things like that
Well I whanted u to know that first, for u to know how non private it is
THe question is HOw do u know and how do i kiss her??
