I confessed to this guy friend of mine that i love him. But he rejected me and said what he only wanted was to be friends with me.
But after that he still asked me out very often. I still have the feeling for him but I know this should be ended. At the same time, I dont want to lose this friend.
The more I went out with him, the stronger the feeling was. I dont know what should I do.
Should I stop seeing him?If I do that, I'm afraid that I will hurt him.
Give me some suggestion.

I asked a close female friend that we need to lose contact for awhile-so that I can get over my feelings for her.She said if thats how I feel,ok and that maybe we do need time apart. The conversation ended with an argument, with her calling me 2 faced and selfish.(asked her if she ever felt anything for me and for her to be truthful). We're close friends.

We've not spoken for a whole month.I have tried calling\txting(last 2 days) and have got no response from her.For christmas I sent a card saying how important the friendship is to me and how special she is.In the txt I wrote how stupid I behaved and I regret it,would do anything to make amends.

Why hasn't she responded to the missed calls\txts???Also the xmas card?

Could I have offended\hurt her really that much-how could I if she agreed to no contact?

Does this mean the friendship was never genuine? Will we speak again--or is she clearing her head?

I don't know what to think anymore?

Me and one of my close friends have been talking about doing a small road trip just chill and hang out. On several occassions she has mentioned to me that she does have a b/f but is reall excited about conducting this road trip eith just us. What is the best thing to do is this situation. Should I just cancel out of respect for the b/f or should I just say screw it and just go?

First of all, I've never been married nor divorced, don't have kids, never been in a relationship and not attracted to anyone.

In the bible and some people's beliefs, says that if you marry a divorced man or woman(depends what gender you are) you are commiting adultery. That doesn't make sense. Or if you are divorced and you marry again you commit adultery.

Well how is it commiting adultery if you divorced only for the reasons of from extreme of abuse or irreconcilable differences. And you never divorced for another man(like Amy Grant did) or woman.

So how is that adultery when cheating wasn't involved? I hope this makes sense.

I was wanting to end my relationship with my b/f for almost two years.but tried to work things out as he is faithful.Last year I told him how i felt and we said we'd work on it.not much changed and this year I was really fed up with his lack of romance and lack of intimitacy towards me.I finally made it clear that I have had enough of nothing and the romance and sexual desire I once had no longer exists here inside my heart.Well he took it pretty good and will eventually move out and I feel so great now having lifted that burden off my soul.If you needed to end a relationship this year I was wondering who did and how you feel now that you've made the decision and carried it through. It wasn't easy as I had a headache trying to gather the right words, but I had to do it before the new year came in or I would have burst.Happy in Fort Lauderdale Florida and looking forward to using what I learned in this mess to make a different choice in my next romance.Wish me luck,my friends.

If you were married for 18 years to a man, had a wonderful marriage and supported him through layoffs, job moves and had a daughter.

He deployed and began an affair. He took leave and went to see the girl before coming home. When I found out, he broke things off with her. They ended up talking again and he asked me for a divorce.

When he returned, he went back and forth between us. Thanksgiving with her, Christmas at home, New years with her. He listened to me cry for hours on the phone when he was with her.

Our daughter ended up cutting herself, and he still didn't let the woman go. He said he tried to, but he couldn't.

This has been going on for over a year. He has lied about talking to the girl, but I found emails from her.

I finally kicked him out but we are still working on our marriage. He acts suspicious at times, and I think the other girl is still in the picture. What is wrong with me? With him? With us? Why are we fighting so hard?

I mean children from a wife's secret affair before and/or after marriage. Obviously many women would hide things like this.

My husband took a long distance job 9 months ago. He only comes home 6 days a month if that. He used to call me just about everyday. Within the last month, there was a span where he didn't call me for 5 days. He sent a few emails here and there in that time, but that's it. We had a disagreement that week, but I didn't find that was acceptable, and told him so. Hence, I had also told him I was depressed, lonely, and in counseling about our long distance relationship in general. Well, now he's done it again. Another 5 days w/o calling bc we can't see eye to eye on his remaining out of state and not considering my feelings. I told him not calling for 5 days was a deplorable way to treat his spouse. His only comment was. "If YOU want to talk, then you CAll me." I also told him he's the one that wanted to work out of state he should be doing his damnest to try and sustain this relationship and make it work. Any thoughts?

Will you love that friend as usual, unselfishly, or will you avioid that friend diplomatically or will you relocate yourself and cut off all contacts with that friend. OR will you forget yourself and give all your love and help to that friend, in that time of need and consideration. Answer me honestly please.

I want to know from both men and women, why when the love and sex is so good and a child is conceived ( as they say by accident). Why does it becomes a blaming game or know "I never loved you" and all the name calling. If the loving was so good, why cant the child be the fruit of such good loving and be blessed with that loving that conceived it instead of blamed and punished.

My husband and I are fortunate that we are doing well financially. We send money and gifts to my family and his family as well who live out of state. I noticed that no one sends anything not even something small, not even a card. My father who I send nice gifts to doesn't send anything in return and my husbands sister who has kids doesn't even thank us for sending money to her kids. I can't believe the rudeness. What should I do?
