I confessed to this guy friend of mine that i love him. But he rejected me and said what he only wanted was to be friends with me.
But after that he still asked me out very often. I still have the feeling for him but I know this should be ended. At the same time, I dont want to lose this friend.
The more I went out with him, the stronger the feeling was. I dont know what should I do.
Should I stop seeing him?If I do that, I'm afraid that I will hurt him.
Give me some suggestion.

Well distancing yourself from him can be done without completely losing or giving up your friendship, while still sparing your feelings some. But if he is the 1 who turned you down, then why should u consider his feelings over your own? You have 2 put yourself 1st & there's nothing selfish about that, especially when your heart is at stake. But its possible, not definite, but possible, that he's considering more with you & just isnt certain of himself yet, if he's asked you out several times since then. At the same token, you cant allow him 2 thrive off the infatuation you have 4him & let him be flattered by it, boosting his own ego, bcuz it is possible that's where his attachment 2you is coming from. I would simply confront him if i were you, & ask where the mixed feelings are coming from. if you truly feel that he is overlooking your feelings but you still want 2 continue some type of relationship, then tell him that. If he's any kind of friend he will respect the space that you need, and that you should truly take if u want 2spare your feelings.

If you love this guy, as much as this might hurt, you got to stop seeing him. It will be difficult no doubt, but you must do this now, else later it might get ugly and messy. You don't want to be hung up on him all your life. I suggest you spend some quality time with your girlfriends, or any other friends of yours, while slowly cutting out time with him. It's for the best my friend. You know it deep inside you that it is.

First of all, if he only wants to be friends then he shouldn't be asking you out often. There's nothing wrong with going out withy him as just friends but if he making you confused then the best thinh to do is stop seeing him. Good Luck.

I was the friend in this stituation recently, I had this guy friend whom said he was gay, then I felt more comfy around him, then he said that I'm such a cool girl i turned him ungay, then when I rejected him he had a panic attack and went to the er, and still stalks me 2 this day, lesson learned, if he rejected it, go to just friends. It works.

stop going out with him! you know you shouldn't! you need time off this guy..tell him that you're busy or some stuff..go out with your girl pals and get to know more people of the same or opposite sex..you wouldn't wanna be stuck having a crush on him forever would u? so give yourself some time..settle down those feelings and move on..i know it's tough but you have to have the determination to do it! i know you can!

Stop spending time alone with him....go out only occasionally and with whole groups of friends. Don't end relationship just be much less available to him.
