i filed for diviorce in March 2006. he was served papers in August 2006. he did not contest my claim for full custody within 30 days because he did not want to pay court filing fees. now he will not sign the final divorce papers. he does not pay any support for the children because he claims he cannot affford it. he does see the children every other weekend and sometimes one night during the week. i would like full custody as i am the resposible parent who has always taken responsibility for there care. i also make more money. i think he wants 50/50 custody - though they will live with me full time and i will be the only person responsible for them financially-
what do i do? i do not want to give up full custody - also should i file for child support or will the court grant him custody if he begins to pay me support?

My b/f and I were having some problems and he said we should take a break. I was at a very close guy friend's house and we were watching TV. I fell asleep in is arms(I had just taken home third in our conference/state finals and was exhausted) He is friends with my friend too. He called me the next day apologizing and I forgave him since he truly meant it and had changed.
Do I tell him?? It was innocent but a friend of mine had this happen and her b/f left her.
Do I tell or ask my guy friend to keep it quiet?? If I tell will he expect me to not do it again??

I'm in a situation right now that the guy wants to call Friends with Benefits but it seems like he is acting like more. Ok, this is my problem. Me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 7months. (7 mnths in 9 days) Thats great and everything but we can't really find anything to talk about on the phone. I have a friend who turned her back on me after my boyfriend and I broke up. first of all I was friend with this girl first before my bf was. My boyfriend wouldn't have met this girl if it weren't for me. anyways, after my boyfriend and i broke up, I called this girl up to to get some comfort cuz i needed to talk to someone to talk to, I was feeling very depressed at that time. After that conversation, I never heard from this girl again after calling her numerous times. I found out that this girl had been talking to my ex...on the phone..at school (since they both go to the same school together). I don't care that they talk together, my thing is that she shouldn't have taken his side completely and jsut turned her back on me! should i confront her or just forget that she was ever my friend?

well i have a bf and he lives in my apartment with me at colgate and he is going to to transfer to Harford law school and has promised me he will come to colgate as much as he can and will call me like all the time and i am not sure this relationship will work and we have been dating for over 5 years to New Years Eve wich is today and i get very upset when he is not around to make me happy.
